Sooo good! Went here for the first time last night and was very glad we did! I don’t typically order burgers at restaurants, but I went with the classic smash burger and dare I say it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had? Highly recommend, will be back to try the bbq! 😋

I have one word--sexy! We had never been before and were so impressed by the atmosphere inside. We arrived close to closing and were afraid we'd be turned away or receive angry looks/comments from the staff, but everyone was pleasant and welcoming. We were seated right away on the bar side of the restaurant in a cushioned booth that was intimate and cozy. We both ordered their signature smashburgers (my favorite type of burger) and fries. Our food came quickly, and we were blown away by thecserving size. Everything was delicious. We can't wait to go back when we have more time to have drinks and appetizers. Plus, there were so many other entree options we want to try, too. This is our new favorite place to eat in Appleton. I am so glad we happened on it.

Inviting & casual atmosphere, and absolutely fantastic food! We were more than impressed and will definitely return & return . The service was top notch and the chef is creative & innovative. Our appetizers were amazing…crispy Brussels sprouts, & the cheesy brisket dip is out of this world .

Recent return trip! Had an AMAZING meal @millcitypublichouse 🔥 The App - Gyro Tater Tot Bowl - so good! Their special, my entree, the Crispy Pork Quinoa Bowl - was absolutely out of this world! Stellar! Their soup special: Carrot Lime Curry with Yogurt Red Pepper Drizzzzzle was so super bright and lovely! And my dining companion enjoyed the hell outta his Waygu Smash Burger! 10/10 - go there - eat and drink there!

A friend and I stopped in for lunch this Thursday. Chris was our server. He did a wonderful job of engaging with us let us know the specials and providing all around outstanding service. He really helped make our lunch better. Food was darn good too. Hard to beat the wings!
Mill City Public House was such a great experience & we will definitely be going back! It has a new age supper club style with opulent & moody feels. I chose the Mushroom Gruyère Burger & the kale caesar salad as a side & it was phenomenal! I mean phenomenal! Everyone we spoke to at the bar said the same thing about what they were eating so I have quite the list of things to try - first on my list though is the 15 hour Brisket French Dip! The staff was great from the moment we walked in the door and the reason we chose to eat at the bar. Their shirts said “cold drinks & warm hearts” and I couldn’t agree more! Mill City is doing it all right in my opinion!

This was a great place for us to make a quick stop before our appointment in Appleton. We had a delicious appetizer and a great visit with the bartender and owner. We will be back even went back in the area as it’s a favorite, even though it’s quite a distance from Crivitz.

Nicolas O was our server and he was amazing; all staff was super accommodating. We had the Cheesy Jalapeño Brisket Dip starter, OK Burger & Brisket Mac & Cheese, SO GOOD!!!! Highly recommended.

Life changing experience. I never write reviews. But Mill City has to be my first review because that food was spectacular. We had the Cheesy Jalapeño Brisket Dip appetizer which was delicious. Then I had the OK Burger. It’s voted best burger in Fox Cities and I now understand why. And the fries are seasoned to perfection. Nothing but good things to say about this place. I will be back.

First time here and it did not disappoint! Great experience from making the reservation up until the end of the evening. We had three different burgers, a tots appetizer, drinks, and all were phenomenal. Loved the atmosphere and staff. Didn’t feel as guilty eating a great burger with the option of a kale salad as a side. One of the best kale salads we’ve had. No photos as that’s not really my style to be taking photos of my food. But we will definitely be back!!
