Pretty good burger place. Can be overly complicated to order if one chooses. Had worked 12 hours outside so kept it simple. But what was ordered was very good

Our server Spencer treated us vary nicely he helped me and my girlfriend decide on what to order and it was his first night working by himself and it was pretty busy and he never forgot about us and he’s just overall an amazing server definitely would come back

Bethany T was an amazing waitress and made our dinner phenomenal! Not only was she attentive, she made sure to check in frequently and let us know that the kitchen was a little behind (even though we didn’t notice the wait!). We’re going to make sure to be seated in her section next time we visit!

Bethany T. was a phenomenal server! She was prompt and timely with beverage refills amidst a busy Saturday night rush, she kept us informed of the kitchen being behind (even though we didn’t feel like it was), and was beyond friendly, professional, and attentive to our table. When I got there I used the bathroom. Washed my hands and an employee came out of the toilet stall and was not going to wash his hands. I asked him if was going to wash his hands and his response was no, because he was on break. Very bad. Then we got seated in the very back in a corner that was very uncomfortable. I and my wife got up and left. Will probably not be returning. Been there before good times. I only want to spend an enjoyable afternoon with my wife and daughter who was home for the weekend from college. If I could have given zero stars I would have. Something needs to be done. Mind you there were tables available also, was never asked if we wanted a table or booth. Just got shoved in the back corner.

They have the best cheese curds in town, and they're HUGE! The only thing I didn't like was the $4-$6 charge to get something other than fries or chips (ie fruit).

Bar atmosphere. Plenty of ways to dress up a burger, which is needed because the meat has no flavor. Cold inside. You have to inhale your foot if you don't want to eat it cold.

This is an update to a previous 4 star review. They now only serve stronger imperial beers (10% ABV or higher) in 5oz pours and you're not able to upgrade them to a larger serving. For example, the KBS Iced Latte is an 11% Blonde Ale that they sell a 5oz pour for $7. This beer can be purchased locally for $13.99-17.99 for a 4-pack. Im not sure why they are doing this but to maybe make more money on the keg? People might be obliged to pay $10 for a 9-10 oz pour of this beer but 2 5oz pours for $14 is just begging for people to not buy it at all (like me). Their serving sizes are also a bit screwy, the glass they say is 12oz seems to be a 10oz snifter.

Had the Fire Cheese Curds for an appetizer and a Firestarter Burger, a special for the month of October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Both were very delicious and had the perfect amount of spice for someone who enjoys spicy meals. The staff was just as wonderful and very helpful with questions about the menu. I would definitely make a return visit.

Fries VERY OILY, Service was lacking didn't check to see how we were doing how food was. My wife had to ask for refill. way too much sauce on burger. We haven't been in since remodel. We won't be back
