This place is the place to be. My husband and I have been going here for a couple of years and our other couple friend as well. The food is authentic and tastes amazing. It's not really a sit down place to eat. There are a few seats you can sit if they aren't taken and in the summer months, there's a picnic table outside. Otherwise you will have to stand and eat. Either way, it is definitely worth it. It's even better after you've had a couple of drinks out in the town. You usually have to talk to the one who is the cashier as only 1-2 usually speak English (at least with what we have caught on to). Even with a language barrier, they're all very nice to their customers. On average, you will probably spend about 10 bucks or less if you're doing just a couple of tacos. Otherwise, you will probably spend 10-20 on a meal. Definitely recommend.

This is what true love feels like in taco form. I actually have been going here regularly for the past year and just now realized (as I’m dancing and eating a taco) that I’ve never left a review. 100% best tacos downtown. The owners are the BEST. Their food is phenomenal.

I am on the verge of tears this food is so good!!!!!!!!! I got the carne asada quesadilla and street corn. They asked what spic level I wanted and everything is perfectly matched.

The food here is fantastic! Quick easy and delicious authentic food for a decent price. Service was friendly. Small place, would recommend getting for take out, but certainly gets the job done. We were only in Appleton for one day and we are very happy we decided to get lunch here.

This was my second time eating here; it's been some years since the last time I stopped in, and unfortunately, the food has really gone downhill and their prices have doubled. I ordered the monster burrito with cheese sauce and the chimichanga with rice and beans. The beef burrito was almost all beans and rice, with very little meat and very little cheese sauce; I paid almost $4 extra for that cheese sauce too. The chicken chimichanga tasted like the chicken was spoiled, and the lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream were under the chimichanga, leaving them soggy and inedible. On their menu, it says the chimichanga is covered in shredded cheese and cheese sauce, but my chimichanga did not have either. I ended up throwing the chimichanga away. I would say that there were about two tablespoons of rice and beans with my order, and the rice was instant rice that had an unpleasant taste to it. I was very disappointed with my overall experience this time, and it's unlikely that I will return.

The question is why haven't you been to this Lil gem. Yeah it's tiny but with big flavor. It's our go-to family eats when we're passing thru. It's not a restaurant so you may need to eat standing up.
