What the heck happened to Noodles & Company?! It used to be one of my favorite chains but it has gone downhill so much. The pesto tasted like starchy water and no flavor, the Parmesan chicken was worse than McDonalds chicken nuggets, and the red sauce has some funky mystery flavor. Get your act together Noodles!

I ordered chicken Parmesan Alfredo with bacon it was sooooo good, and customer service was great. I even bought their Smolder from Boulder Spice Mix.

I'm done ordering from Noodles and Comany. Ordered twice in the last two weeks. Week one was pick-up, they forgot my chicken. This week, no veggies! I don't know what's going on over there but I'm done wasting money.
Haven't been here in a few years due to poor service. Well glad to see things have not changed.
Waited for 2 small dishes and some bread sticks for almost 20 min.
Tried my crispy chicken bacon Alfredo. I clearly missed the crispy part. Soggy and room temperature.
Swap over to the garlic cheese bread. Well unfortunately that was sitting done on the counter for about 15 of those 20 min we waited. Cold bread, cold sauce. Exactly what I wanted. I could have spent the same amount, got olive garden, and it would have been hot.
Never again noodles and company.

The music was so loud we couldn't carry on a conversation. When the cashier was asked to turn it down she said she has to have her music! I wasn't asking her to turn it off! Just turn it down, which she should have done with a smile rather than the response she gave. Will NOT be back to this Appleton location!

Kitchen staff doesn’t wear gloves and it seems like management and subordinates are sleeping together or involved in personal relationships staff was incredibly unprofessional waving and laughing at guests seemed involved in personal drama specially a dirty blonde man sensed management in blue silky shirt maroon shoes with rubber insoles on top of them and kitchen employee brown medium hair blue shirt visor she was sarcastic and rude with customers I believe names were Trevor and Aliyah

Dirty. Cashier handling food behind the register handled cash and didn't wash his hands. Waiting in line for 5 minutes I observed multiple health code violations. There are much better options for food around the mall area.

Usually is good. My food tasted like shrimp this time and I did not order shrimp and no one in my party did either. Also, bathrooms are non-binary in case that is something that matters to anyone. Public restrooms are unappealing regardless and I personally ally make it a point to try to never use them at all. Alison at the register is always very nice.

Awhile ago, I bought dinner at Noodles & Co. I bought food for myself and my family. We liked the food. However, portions are small and the price is higher. This is happening in all restaurants. What bothered me on this visit was the young man who was running the cash register, in between customers, he was constantly touching his face and mouth. It was CONSTANT!!! I noticed him when I was waiting for my order, it made me sick to my stomach! Then after awhile he was helping bag orders, yes, he bagged my order! When I got home I wiped down the food containers and threw away the silverware. Since COVID entered our lives, we should have learned that touching our face and mouth was very unsanitary. Especially, when working in food service! I just recovered from COVID for the second time. Unsanitary behavior catches my attention. We can't avoid germs in our life but we can TRY to do a better job of not passing the germs onto everyone!!!

First time there. The cashier was straight out of a horror show. I told her it was my first time and she just grinned at me like the cat in Alice in Wonderland. She kept repeating small or regular, small or regular.. I didn't realize she meant what size bowl. Just that fake eerie grin freaked me out. The food was good. Diet coke machine made me almost throw up. It was out of diet coke but no one fixed it. So that first sip of diet coke was a mouthful of seltzer. I told the manager and her reply was " yeah someone else said that too". So why didn't you fix it the first time? She couldn't fix it but did give my money back. The only saving grace was the food was decent.
