Upon answering the building the person didn't even acknowledge us. No welcome hi or anything. We said we needed a table for two. We were seated and shortly thereafter were brought the bag of breadsticks with no plates. The breadsticks were not fresh They were tough. After a while waiting for the waitress to return, we asked her for plates. She came back with the soup and the salad. I ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonaro and it was not good. It tasted very processed. $21.79! The spaghetti was obviously old because it was very puffed up with water. My friend ordered the pasta fagiol soup. She ate a couple spoonfuls and that was it. Not good. Her main dish was chicken parmesan and she said the sauce seemed like it had tomato soup added to it. Not good. We told the waitress how our meals were and the manager or whoever he was came over. I told him our opinions, he didn't really have answers for anything. I mentioned for my friend that hers was not good either. We did not expect anything off on our meals but it would have been nice if they had for me. Very unlikely we will ever return to that location again.

Ordered 2 of the Chicken Gnocchi soup was very disappointed that the soup was mostly broth & not much of anything else. Was not worth the $17 I paid for it

We had Noah as a server tonight and he was absolutely wonderful. We haven’t had a server anywhere in a long time that actually seemed like they care and want to be here. He was truly phenomenal. We couldn’t have had a better experience.

The service was great! Our drinks never ran out and neither did the bread sticks. Our server also stopped by multiple times to see if we needed anything. However, I feel like either the quality of the food has gone downhill or the cooks are not getting proper training.Let's start with the gnocchi soup. The chicken had a weird pinkish color to it like it was canned and tasted like it too. It was also very watery, seemed like everything was just poured into a pot and heated together, not heated and cooked to get the right consistency.Wife and I split the chicken alfredo tortellini. Neither of us finished the chicken, it was bland and tasted like it was cooked without any seasoning. The tortellini weren't too bad.My son seemed to like his shrimp alfredo. After we got home everyone (kids included) felt bloated and lethargic after eating here.

I've always loved Olive Garden in its entirety. The food is phenomenal, as is the atmosphere. I've had bad service in some of their restaurants, but I've never had service as great as I did in Appleton. Addison was my server, and she is fantastic! She was happy and outgoing as well as engaging and funny. Whenever I return here, I hope she will be available to serve me.

Absolute 0/5 they make you order on a tablet that doesn't even work then making us waste half an hour for a server to help to deny our service request and make us wait even longer.

The waitress was outstanding. She sifted through the soup to take out an ingredient not like by one of the people. She was fast with refills of the soup also. The bottomless soup and salad selection is a great lunch option. There is a noodle that is gluten free. There are items that are vegetarian.Cons in my opinion:Chain restaurant so there isn't as much flexibility with the menu.Do not have a vegan/vegetarian part of the menu.Working toward food tolerance friendly but need to do more
