Server was rude, didn't tell us about the menu at all even after we told her it was our first time here. Food took long, wasn't busy at all. Brought us our food didn't check to see how it was. Asked if we needed our check right after our meal didn't offer dessert. Overpriced food as well.

Chelsea! This bartender/waitress is amazing. Fast efficient and loved her vibe. Very fun and energetic :) will definitely be back just because she was so welcoming. Food was great! Drinks were delicious :) this young lady is gonna go far in the food industry!

We have been to several other PF Chang locations around the country and have really enjoyed them but this one is always disappointing. We hadn't been there in a few years due to past bad experiences so thought we'd give it another shot. BIG mistake. The bartender was so frenzied it took forever to get a drink. Can't really blame her due to the fact she had to tend bar and wait on several tables in the bar area. When we finally got to our table - we waited 20 minutes w/out a waitress even coming to the table. Several looked our way but nobody ever came so we left. Very unorganized and chaotic atmosphere. Won't make the mistake of going again.

Not a very well cleaned place. Table and floor was sticky, we got a dirty plate. The lettuce wraps barely come with enough lettuce. They charge a dollar more for more lettuce. The chicken is small in the entrees. Overall not the best place.

Went this week for lunch with my mother. It was not exceptionally busy. There was one large party and about 5 other tables. I saw at least 2 servers and someone who appeared to be a manager and at least one hostess. We waited several minutes for the server to take a drink order. I did not get the lemon I asked for in my water. We had to ask for silverware and napkins after soup was delivered. The food was just ok; my dish was supposed to be tofu and vegetables. It was mostly green beans and pea pods and very light on other vegetables and tofu. The server cleared a few dishes and disappeared. The person who seemed to be the manager looked right at me with my dirty dishes in front of me and my belongings in hand, clearly waiting to pay the check and he just walked right by. They also no longer have the eggplant dish I went there for on the menu. I spent 14 years in the restaurant business and almost all of the service was sub par. The server was pleasant; the only redeeming quality. I won’t go back unless I’m with people who have their heart set on it.
