Went there for dinner tonight. My son ordered orange chicken. He didn't like it so he spit it out. We put the chicken aside on the table. At the end of the meal the waitress came up and put the piece of chciken in her mouth and said 5 second rule.This is suppose to be an upscale Chinese place.Lol. You just ate chicken from a mouth.Who hires these people. Gross.Not to mention it was 80 dollars for an adult and 2 children. This place will be out of business within a year

This was the family's first time going to PF Chang 's. We were immediately greeted by Michell(the only hostess). She was kind and gave us menus to look over while we waited for a table. It took a little bit to be seated because the hostess was having to wipe and clear the tables. After she sat us our waitress came over and took our drink order, she brought us 2 of the 4 drinks we ordered and then the two other drinks didn't arrive for another 10 minutes. After ordering we waited about an hour for our food to get to the table. Our starters were brought out by a cook and our waitress told us that her manager was bringing our food out right now, not her, this seems odd to me. Michell kept being above and beyond for the whole time we were eating, I saw her clear off tables and wipe them down so that she could do her intended job of sitting people. She also was the one who noticed that my family and I were done eating and offered to get us to-go boxes (reminder she's not our waitress, she's the hostess!!!). We did not enjoy PF Chang's sadly. The only reason we would go back is to see Michell!My rating for PF Changs is low but my rating for Michell is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food had a gassy flavor to it like lighter fluid. Seems like it was more than likely due to the flaring while cooking over the open flame and the food in the pan starting on fire. 1st time there and the last.

Very cold. Glasses were dirty, helpings were not family size. Was charged for refills at full price. Waitress was nice and prompt. Overall very disappointed. It was our first time eating at PF Changs. Will not return or recommend.

Went here with my wife on a Saturday night. Waitress basically only talked with my wife, wouldn’t really acknowledge that I was there. By the end of the night it was noticeable that she was doing it. Service sucks and food could be better.

Had a party here about a week ago and it was great. Even had the manager stop by and he was so kind to help us out and make sure we had a very nice time. Got a coupon for a free wrap so we will go back soon.
