there was literally 7 pieces of chicken in a double portion of green bean chicken. it was all green beans. oh and i ordered it on doordash so i can’t get a refund.

Long drive through wait just to be told they don't have orange chicken. Looked like 6 employees through the window, but none of them working apparently. Not the first time either.

8:40pm. So 50 minutes until you’re closed. Not a single person in the lobby or drive through and you still managed to mess up a simple order…the order was supposed to be a plate with chow mein and orange chicken, and a bowl with fried rice and orange chicken. What did we get? A plate with fried rice and orange chicken. No bowl. How are you not busy, have 5-6 workers, and mess up that simple of an order. Even Waited for the orange chicken to cook and had to go in a reorder the bowl. Great job!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant, mainly due to Maylee's rude and unfriendly attitude. She made our visit uncomfortable from the start. When we asked for fresh food after already waiting for our entrees, she refused, stating that our family feast would be cold by the time they made the dish we wanted. To make matters worse, when she portioned our kung pao, it was still not enough, go figure and both she and the cook were unwilling to prepare more for us, despite the fact that there were still two hours left before closing.

The manager on duty is insanely rude and after they messed up my order they offered me a side of white rice when it was a plate they messed up

Panda express experience was wonderful. It was right over lunch hour and they were very busy. The staff was very courteous, but worked accurately and efficiently on my order and it was all correct.

Food would be great but I always get the teriyaki chicken and they NEVER give me teriyaki sauce, even when I specifically say multiple times that I'd like extra both on the chicken and in the bag. This is what I get EVERY SINGLE TIME. Please stop forgetting the sauce! It's just plain chicken without the sauce, and even though it's good, it's not teriyaki chicken without the teriyaki sauce.

Placed an order and the rice tasted burnt like the oil had been on fire or something and we could not even eat it. Called the restaurant back and they agreed to replace the meals next time I went in. When I wanted to redeem this they told me it has already been used and would not remedy the situation. When asked when this was redeemed they could not tell me. I would not recommend wasting money on food that does not taste good enough to eat.

I had ordered 2 sides of cream cheese Rangoon and got home and there was only 4 in the container I was very disappointed and upset because it was an hr plus drive home so it's not like I could just turn around. And I got a small plate and the portion of chicken I got was one small scoop, she went and did it while I was checking out so wout being there watching sue gave me barley any.
