Absolutely pitiful all around. I pull up, 25 minutes until they close, so not even bad. Drive thru. Immediately was greeted with “ so we have limited options just want to let you know” I ask, okay whatcha got? “ well a lot but not really” …. ……. I make do with what they had and was very nice (as I work in food service and understand how it goes sometimes) they served me completely uncooked white rice and chunks of horribly inedible orange chicken. Just no excuse and absolutely shameful. Will not be returning to this location.

Don’t go to this panda workers don’t give normal portions. they will give you 4 pieces of chicken then call it good. Also the lady put the food on my tray then took it back out cause apparently a little extra chicken is gonna make them go bankrupt overall worst experience I’ve had at a panda express by far.

Stoneybrook location treats there customers like criminals. I won't be ordering from there anymore. I will order from an authentic Chinese restaurant. Not my fault thst you have lost customers orders. Food tasted horrible. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. Wasn't given the sauces I asked for, maybe your staff should check the shotty work they do.

Something was forgotten from my order. Teriyaki chicken was a bit burned (flavor). I was awarded my forgotten shrimp, but the meal was done.

The broccoli in the greens are not very green, has discoloration almost every time I come to this location. As a former food service worker, I know you’re not supposed to serve browning vegetables, it’s not up to standard or quality. Panda on Fox River Mall side FTW

there was literally 7 pieces of chicken in a double portion of green bean chicken. it was all green beans. oh and i ordered it on doordash so i can’t get a refund.

8:40pm. So 50 minutes until you’re closed. Not a single person in the lobby or drive through and you still managed to mess up a simple order…the order was supposed to be a plate with chow mein and orange chicken, and a bowl with fried rice and orange chicken. What did we get? A plate with fried rice and orange chicken. No bowl. How are you not busy, have 5-6 workers, and mess up that simple of an order. Even Waited for the orange chicken to cook and had to go in a reorder the bowl. Great job!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant, mainly due to Maylee's rude and unfriendly attitude. She made our visit uncomfortable from the start. When we asked for fresh food after already waiting for our entrees, she refused, stating that our family feast would be cold by the time they made the dish we wanted. To make matters worse, when she portioned our kung pao, it was still not enough, go figure and both she and the cook were unwilling to prepare more for us, despite the fact that there were still two hours left before closing.
