Today I left this location without ordering. I stood waiting to order for some time. I could see 4 employees working at the time two with headsets on, one preparing food, and perhaps one cashier. After watching 2 of the employees attend to drive thru customers who arrived after I did. Then, one employee walked past me to go talk to another employee. By this time another customer was behind me waiting to order. The employee who walked past went into the dining area rather than take my order. The employee at the register just stood there. While I third employee hid by the drive thru. I'll probably go back at some point but not for awhile.

This place has gone down hill. They cater to the drive thru while paying customers are waiting to sit and have a fresh meal. The Manager is rude and has no idea how to serve customers. the portions are ever shrinking yet the cost is ever inflating. Just not a good value, experience or establishment anymore. Management philosophy needs to change ASAP.

This location is very busy. The food is good but there is frequently a 15-20 minute wait for many of the items we really like.
Tried the spicy shrimp and didn't care for it. They said it was spicy, but I didn't think so.

I went to the drive-thru. The guy who took my order spoke so quietly and fast I couldn't understand him. I gave him my order and he mumbled something back at me, so I repeated the order to clarify. He yelled, "I got it!" When I got to the window, the girl there was just as rude. I will not be returning to this location. Very bad service.

They used to give decent portions butt now they give really small protein... I think I'm gonna have to start ordering in store cause online or drive thru sucks bad ?

Drive-thru orders are rarely done properly. Today's experience with their POOR customer service after they screwed up another order will be the last time they get any business from me.
Poor customer service!Ordered a bigger plate with Chow Mein and received Fried rice instead. They told me I would have to drive to the restaurant within 30 days if I wanted to receive what I PAID FOR and they are only replacing the Chow Mein... WHAT???This was ordered and paid for as a meal to be delivered tonight, not a la carte with half delivered tonight and the other 1/2 picked up by me 2 weeks from now.Poor customer service Panda. Just poor.

Went through the drive thru (my husband is hard of hearing) and the girl taking the order was talking very fast so there was some miscommunication with the girl taking our order so we had to have her correct it and she said I did this twice and just so you know I’m not doing it a 3rd time! We have never been treated so poorly because of his handicap of not being able to hear! I called the manager and he wasn’t very apologetic or seemed to even care!

Food is super inconsistent so don’t go through drive-thru without inspecting food first! It’s sad that I have to do that as I no longer trust when they say it’s “fresh” and trust that it is not soggy or old.
