Soda machine didn't work at first and the cashier was very snotty when I told her. It wasn't turned on and she rolled her eyes, turned it on, and said here you go like it was my fault somehow.
I had the new croissant sandwich with ham and some kind of caramelized onion and cheese today. The sandwich wasn't cut so when I tried to cut it. there was so much of the cheese and onion spread that it fell apart. it overpowered the ham and I actually was sick from that spread.
People are always friendly every time i go in.

Super friendly, patient, and customer service focused staff-Especially Jade. My friend and I were in there having hot tea for 2 hours and the staff stopped by our table twice to ensure we didn’t mind them vacuuming and to alert us to changing out the hot water for our tea. Thank you so much for making us feel welcome and valued. I’ve eaten there as well and the food was wonderful, as always.

Once great dining option, turned sour by employees.
I ordered an avocado sandwich to go, when I got home I had a drink while setting up the dining room for dinner and when I went to eat I realized the sandwich was missing the avocado, I gave them a call and the individual I was talking to laughed at me when I said I was not interested in driving back to the store seeing as I had been drinking, they then said they could send me a coupon and here we are 12 weeks latter and nothing. This is the second time I have had this issue, it is clear the employees are inattentive, I am sick of throwing out whole sandwiches, the last few months I have just gone to the college Ave location to get my California avocado and I suggest you do too.
Parking: Store is in a parking lot so it is surrounded on 3 sides by additional parking.

No one available at the front counter to take our order or ask a question. Completely out of baguettes AND chips as a side option. I opted for the apple which they forgot to give me. Soup was luke warm, mac and cheese with bacon was missing the bacon. Staff was not knowledgeable about the menu items and described the chicken as it "looks like cauliflower" when asked if it was grilled or processed. Lobby was dirty. $55 for basic meal for 3 people. Won't be going back.

17.00 and a half of sandwich 4 small pieces of, one piece of Bacon thick tomato few pieces of lettuce and splash of avocado very disappointing
Not to mention my 3.50 soda was gross even after they changed the syrup

Used to be our go to but they treat sip club members like criminals. Won't refill beverages with the sip club even though that's literally the point. Supposedly 1 order/refill a day?

I ordered a caprese sandwich. What I got was a pound of hot mayo and lettuce, with some sickly black basil.
First off my order was wrong after spending $25 I ordered 2 Cups of cheddar, broccoli, one cup of chicken and noodle I got one cup of cheddar broccoli two chicken and noodle. The noodles were rubbery and the chicken was dry and chewy never will I eat here again.
My friend Alondra and I ordered through the Panera website and received a notification that our food had arrived. However, when we went to the door, we realized it hadn’t. We gave our dasher the benefit of the doubt, thinking he might just be lost, and waited. After over half an hour of trying to contact him without success, we realized the food wasn't coming.
We reached out to DoorDash, but the representative we spoke with was rude and unhelpful, claiming it was Panera’s responsibility to issue the refund before hanging up on us. Frustrated, we called the store and explained the situation. Thankfully, the lovely general manager, Isayah, went out of his way to call DoorDash himself and clarify that Panera was *not* responsible for issuing refunds. He made every effort to resolve the issue and ensure we were satisfied as customers.
Although Panera couldn’t send out new food, Isayah was able to secure a refund for us and even provided vouchers for our next meal. His exceptional customer service made up for the disappointing experience with DoorDash.
