Ordered through the app as usual, I've been a proud customer for over 10 years accepting the inflation prices as the food was always perfect and time was always very speedy, but my last 2 order have been nothing but a headache and a 2 hour frustrating anxiety wait, 2 hours for food is ridiculous, especially when the food arrives cold, and what happened with the quality usually the food is really good even cold but not anymore, there is hardly any sauce hardly any cheese and when you go to eat it it is dry and rubbery and my past 2 orders have had spot where there is nothing at all except crust like the toppings moved from wherever they should have been, I gave it the benefit of the doubt the first time but the second broke my heart, because of this I probably won't be getting papa John's for a real long while, disgraceful, disrespectful to the pizza name, and flat out disgusting. 2 hours for aweful food for 40 dollars and a 25 percent tip only to get door dash deliver what a joke. Good bye Papajohns, get your act together.

Worst service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The place is tragically understaffed, the staff themselves were rude, and the entire place was full of chaos.
Called in and had attitude from the start. Attempted to do a later pick up and was told it wasn't possible. Arrived at 4:30 for a 4:27 pick up. Left at 4:55 with the food.
The woman with the snake bite piercings is truly incompetent. We were told multiple times that it wasn't ready just for another employee to come over and say it's been done the entire time of the 20 minute wait.
Honestly should have just cancelled the order and done something else altogether. By the time I drove the 20 minutes home the food was cold to the touch.
I won't order from this location ever again. This is my 2nd negative experience and I decided to try again after 6 months it baffles me that the service has only gotten worse.

Starting with absolutely rude staff on the phone. To showing up to my food not being done. Then 25 mins later asking if it was done finding out the order was sitting there for the past 22 mins??? Go elsewhere for your pizza needs. So not worth the headache.

I have tried ordering from here twice and both times I canceled. The first time was on Halloween they estimated 1.5 hours… I showed up and they said it would take about another two hours… the last time was last night. Said it would be ready at 6:04-6:14… showed up at 6:14 they said it would take about another hour… don’t waste your time go somewhere else

Tried to order pizza tonight at 6pm. Said it would be 1hr 30mins. I accepted that because it was Halloween and higher orders. At 7:37 got a txt that it was taking longer than expected, so called and it wasn't even in oven yet. Person who I talked to was nice about it bit we cancelled as they said 20 more mins to oven. Pizza shouldn't take 2hrs just saying. Will be going to Little Caesars from now on lol.
Pizza is fine, just don’t believe the times given on the pizza tracker. Or the messages they send you. Your pizza will always be later than the app estimate or “almost ready” when you come in after getting the message that it’s ready for pickup.
