Never had a problem ordering here for the past 5 years. They get really busy, specially on weekends or holidays, but the young crew works hard. Had to wait a bit longer this time, because orders were coming in nonstop. Few people cancelled theirs and lots of them complaining at the store, but the workers are doing what they can 👍

I ordered pick up on Uber Eats. Was given the wrong pizza, ordered half cheese on 2 pizzas, was given full meat toppings, which I don't eat. I showed the order that I placed, proving I ordered correctly. This was supposed to be a quick study food break, pick up and go. Instead of getting back to my rigorous nursing studies, I was told to go on Uber Eats, cancel my order and place a new one. They could have just eaten the cost of 1 small cheese pizza, but instead made me take an extra 40 minutes. Sad Papas John's values the cost of one small no topping pizza over customer satisfaction and student's education. They made me take the grunt on my time when I did everything correctly.

usually get the regular crust pizza and is always amazing, got the stuffed garlic crust the other night and although it arrived hot and the taste was great, they stretched out the dough a bit too much and could not eat it without the whole thing falling apart and being left with the crust. driver arrived fast and was very respectful

They used to be pretty decent, but they're cutting corners lately and the last straw for me is them farming out their delivery to DoorDash (they won't tell you til after the order is already placed online) and all the issues that brings with it.

Ordered through the app as usual, I've been a proud customer for over 10 years accepting the inflation prices as the food was always perfect and time was always very speedy, but my last 2 order have been nothing but a headache and a 2 hour frustrating anxiety wait, 2 hours for food is ridiculous, especially when the food arrives cold, and what happened with the quality usually the food is really good even cold but not anymore, there is hardly any sauce hardly any cheese and when you go to eat it it is dry and rubbery and my past 2 orders have had spot where there is nothing at all except crust like the toppings moved from wherever they should have been, I gave it the benefit of the doubt the first time but the second broke my heart, because of this I probably won't be getting papa John's for a real long while, disgraceful, disrespectful to the pizza name, and flat out disgusting. 2 hours for aweful food for 40 dollars and a 25 percent tip only to get door dash deliver what a joke. Good bye Papajohns, get your act together.
