If you want to wait an hour and a half for a ice cold pizza, order from here! What a joke. I shouldnt have to wait that long and then have to warm the pizza up when it finally gets delivered.

Ordered a pizza by accident for carry out called a minute later to cancel they lie and say it's already out of the oven and can't cancel. Well then your delivery times should be under an hour if that's the case..... It's two hours sometimes.... don’t even get me started on this pizza they delivered today idk who thinks you do this to a pepperoni pizza but what in the world were you thinking… then let’s talk about how the last 6 pizzas I got were just awful I mean just taste wrong I don’t know how this can be when they are made right they are my favorite pizza but what ever they are doing here right now is somehow making pizzas that are nearly inedible. If my family didn’t prefer their other offerings so much I’d never order from here again. Don’t order the pizza!!!!

Pizza was ok. Not bad but not the best. Here was my disappointment the cheese bead was not good, no flavor little caesars has more flavor and cheaper. The wings also big disappointment. So needless to say we wont be ordering from papa johns again

I have always had great luck at this location. The staff is always attentive and working hard, the food is always fresh and fast. Online ordering and pickup are so easy. Will be coming back here again and again.

After paying just as much as the pizza in tip and delivery, it took well over an hour to receive cold pizza. Highly disappointed.

Very well run and always get your order on time. They need to put more toppings along the outer side of the crust.
Vegetarian options: We have just a veggie pizza : mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, and black olives
We ordered a pizza but accidentally gave them the wrong address, which was our mistake. So we called them to tell them the new address before they delivered the pizza but they still didn’t deliver it here even though we were assured we’d have it delivered. So we contacted them and it turns out they delivered it at the wrong address so we asked if we could have the pizzas delivered at ours and they said they’d have the pizzas delivered here in 20-30 minutes. We waited and an hour went by, no pizzas. So we called again and they told us we’d have the pizzas in another 25-35 minutes so we waited one more time and we received no pizza. Mind you, during these calls we had to repeat the name of the order several times, the address several times and what was ordered. This time when we called he went to check and it turns out they weren’t even being made. By now we’d been waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes for hour food so we were getting very agitated. I asked to speak to the manager and after waiting 5 minutes for him to go get the manager he returned and told us the manager was too busy. We decided to get a refund and were waiting for it to go through. The customer service is absolutely awful compared to other restaurants and the person I was talking to seemed almost high because they kept asking the same things over and over again. Don’t order from here unless you’re willing to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for a simple address mistake.

Normally I have good experiences picking up my order. This last time though, the app said my order was ready but when I got there they didn't find it anywhere. Turns out that someone else got it so they had to remake my whole order while I waited, they didn't take anything off the order but did give me soda for having to wait. While I was there a bunch of people called in and either didn't get their order or didn't get the right order.

Always great pizza, my favorite by far. Not much else to say about it, they do not deliver to me so I can't say much about any of that. My pizza is always fresh because I have to pick it up.

Just ordered a small veggie pizza and 6 pc chicken wings 2 Pepsi bottles. My little brother paid for it with his cash. I ordered it online for him. I pressed the 20% tip button but did not know it didn’t apply to cash payments. Honest mistake. Delivery man gave my brother an attitude over it. Didn’t hear him coming but definitely heard him leaving. Revved in my driveway and sped off. I find it amusing how sad a middle aged man could act. Called the manager hoping I could add a tip; even if he was rude because I mean not leaving a tip these days is weird. But I couldn’t and I left a complaint for the driver.
