Good pizza. Confused on the hours though. The website and Google listing has the hours listed until 8pm, but when we called to order, they said they were only open until 7pm. So heads up if you’re ordering later in the day.

The best fresh pizza out there especially on Tuesday’s with large pizzas only being $10. Can get busy on Tuesday’s but they speed right through the orders. Thank you Papa Murphys!!

Once again, bad customer service at Meade St. Papa Murphy's. Nice job Allison!I called in an order 90 minutes prior. Instead of ringing up and getting my order, she made me wait. Just kept making pizzas right in front of me. It would have taken 30 seconds. It's not the first time. The purpose of ordering ahead is not having to wait so long. If I wanted to wait longer, I would order in person. I'm tired of bad service. Time to go somewhere else. Bye bye!...

The night I ordered an online order, the staff was extremely busy. They took the time to verify my order due to allergy concerns. I am very grateful.
Ordered for pickup at 4. Walk in and haven't even started my order. 25 minutes late. Staff unorganized. They started an order that came in after me before mine. Will change my mind on ever returning

Tired of SNOTTY ATTITUDES FROM EMPLOYEESTaking my business elsewhere. I don't know what they're on, but more often than not they act weird, and have weird things to say when I pick up my food.This time my friend called in the order, and I went to pick it up. Apparently the girl who tried to complete the order didn't take it on the phone. I said I'm here to pick up an order for so and so. This chick was short with me, and was snotty like it was my fault. That's not the way you treat your customer. She asked me my name (not on the order) and my friends name, and said there wasn't an order under that name. But not nice, or with common courtesy, but with a snippy attitude. I absolutely don't care for that!The girl who took the order came over and said it was under a different name because the name and number didn't match. ?? Not my problem. I never got any kind of apology from anyone. Ridiculous! Nice customer service!I would love to hear from the owner, or manager, but I'm sure I won't.I went to the store on Casaloma, the customer service is so much better!!!

They accept EBT too, FYI.If anyone wants a special family meal, fresh, easy to follow instructions - THIS is the place.Nikki was super helpful and willing to accommodate my allergies within seconds of being told. I love great customer service more than the food quality - but good thing the food was amazing too!
