Let me just start by saying the food was amazing.. Large pan pizza, with an order of monkey bread.. Instructions for cooking, easy as they both were cooked at the same temp. Very good would recommend.The service on the other hand.. Ooff.. The kid was not personable at all.. What so ever.. He was very short when we asked question and just had an overall didn't want to be there attitude. We tried making small talk with him, I even put three bucks in the tip jar..Next time we go there as we will be going again, I hope the service is better and the food remains excellent!!

EDIT bottom of comment 10-23-23Hours posted on official Papa Murphy's website say they are open to 8 PM, but they hang up the phone on you if you question about it closing at 7 PM.Price has gone way up, paid $37+ for same pizza ordered at $25+ a while ago. I'm aware that prices are higher but theirs seem too high.EDIT 10-23-23It says on the about section closing hours are 8 PM "confirmed by Owner" a week ago, just called my usual Papa Murphy's was told all local locations close at 7 PM and was told "it's been posted wrong for a month" on the OFFICIAL PAPA MURPHY'S website and on this Google Maps which is a lie it's been over 4 months since I noticed it.Also received a generic answer from Papa Murphy's about the first comment, was sorry and invited to take a survey. LOL

Placed an order for 5:15pm pick up at 3:30pm. On my 2nd attempt to visit the store and pick up my pizza at 6:20pm I was told my order would not be made before the store closed. Highly disappointed. Was not even offered any compensation for the inconvenience. Will be getting my pizza elsewhere in the future.

We occasionally get Papa Murphy's at this location instead of our regular location. Things are usually 5 stars, everything is fine, 0 complaints. Lately, our orders seem to be a bit light on toppings, might be inflation, not sure. But also, and this isn't a huge deal, but my salad was a bit of a let down. There were lettuce stalks in the bowl and the "not lettuce" was all clustered at the bottom under the cheese and lettuce, which could have be rectified if I added the dressing and sealed the bowl and did a big shake of the whole thing, but the salad should be built in the correct order so I dont have to shake the whole thing to get the distribution of ingredient correct. Again, not a huge deal, but it is a sign of a lack of instruction, complacency, or laziness. Still, we do plan to return for pizza here in the future.

I love having the Cowboy pizza. It has been my favorite for years. They still have it and it is exactly the same. I love it. I order in the store and barely wait. I will keep going there for my craving!

Not sure who it was but one of the guy workers that was working the evening of June 5 2022 was extremely unprofessional. He tried telling me the ‘kids favorite special’ special is too good of a deal and that “there’s no such thing” and “it’s too good to be true”. After I showed him the ad he then said we called in family sized pizzas which is not true. Then he went on and told me they can do it but it won’t be for $23. We called specifically about the kids favorite special and he told us they will make it and when we get there she should let the worker know that we were the ones that called about the special. I’m sorry but that guy should be terminated. That’s no way to treat your customers. I’ve never seen a place refuse their own deals lol. We will not be going back
