Got charged for a pizza I didn't even receive. I ordered this pizza at 1230 to pick up at 445 they didn't have it ready when I showed up at 440. They told me I'd have to wait 30min for it I said cancel my order because I didn't have time to wait. But because they hire children to do the job they never canceled my order. Very disappointing because I enjoy papa Murphys pizza but after this experience with no manager on staff and children behind the counter I will not order from here anymore.

I gave 3-stars for managements attention otherwise it really would have gotten 5-stars but the last two times it's been troubling to get coupons honored at this location and the Darboy location. Seems a bit petty when a big company like this makes alot of money but then will make a stink about honoring their own coupons. I ordered 2-family style pizzas the bill was $43 and the coupon was for $4 off each pizza yet I went back and forth about applying the coupon. The kid was nice about it at the end but its just not good customer service to debate about coupons and leadership needs to realize this as eventually some customers will go else where.

Fast and friendly service. Great pizza as always. I am 4 weeks post knee operation and on crutches. They helped me out to my vehicle with my pizza. Going above and beyond to help a customer!!!!

Walk in and ordering was not a good experience! The gentleman who took my order body language came off like he was getting short with me before I even started to voice my order. I asked a question and was talked back with straight sarcasm! Then as I was waiting for my order to be done, he was putting down another paying customer!

Been coming here since opened, used to be the best Papa Murphy's in town however, the last few months have proven me wrong.The amount of toppings have been cut in half, fewer and fewer toppings each month and getting worse, too much money for what you get.If it doesn't change soon I'm done!!!

The pizza is good, but I don't see the point of ordering 1 hour ahead using the online portal if I'm just going to have to wait anyway. I even arrived after my 6pm pickup time and I still had to wait in the store.I wasn't the only one either. There were two people ahead of me who also ordered online and had to wait.

Horrible! I know Tuesdays are deal days, obviously… most people that order their pizza’s know the same weekly deals.. every week; same day..right?!I placed an order online at noon (12 o clock) for my same day pick up at 5:30pm (i usually use a different location but this one is next to my job) got there 5:55pm and was told my pizza was not done. They were behind and short staffed (mind you i just came from a job also short staffed with ONLY 2 people ) their 5 person staff members making pizzas stated “it’s a very busy day and time of year” like I’m Stupid and don’t understand customer service or how this works. I was told i would have to wait until the 8 people in the store had their pizzas made FIRST and then mine would get attention!?! (Remember i ordered 4+ hours earlier but i have to wait to people who just ordered 10 minutes ago!?! Anyway.. While waiting on my refund another gentleman stepped up beside me and said “my pizza was suppose to be done 25 minutes ago? Do you know when the at will be ready?” A worker responded.. about 15/20 more minutes!Horrible!! Horrible!!
