Came in when it was completely dead. Had a call in order. Told it would be 15 mins. got there in 15 mins. Waited a few mins. Got my order and didn't notice til I got home that you forgot the cornbread. Didnt realize this was the type of place like McDonald's where you gotta check the bag to make sure all your food is there. Especially when it's 2 in the afternoon and no one else is there. The food is great. But seriously!!! You forgot my cornbread and I'm not going. To drive back 15 mins each way. Get it together man. Worse part is I gave almost a 20 percent tip on pick up. Just to get Milwaukee fast food type service.

Our food was room temperature, brisket and ribs were chewy. Drinks outside of the signature drinks were moderate. Signature drinks were good. The fries were the best memory of the meal. Plus the credit card surcharge for a $140 food and drink check was almost as hard to swallow as the brisket.

Cassie and the crew were above and beyond! The service and food is always great, but we told them our two year old son was named Parker John and they gave him a PJ’s hat for free. It was such a great experience!!

We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Meg, and she truly made our dining experience unforgettable! From the moment we sat down, her awesome energy lit up the entire table. She was warm, upbeat, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing.

What really stood out was how well she knew the menu—her recommendations were spot-on. Everything she suggested ended up being a hit, and she clearly has a great sense for both flavors and what her guests are in the mood for. It felt like she genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible, and thanks to her, we did!

Meg’s personality, enthusiasm, and thoughtful service turned a good meal into a great night out. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for Meg!

ordered something that looked of a brisket nature with KC sauce last night, Also ordered waffle fries which were regular fries. however it was pork chunks and small bits of brisket fat... lost my appetite quickly!!! wasted $30...

I was just like to let you know of a bad experience that our group had at your restaurant on Wednesday 4/2/2025. We were a party of 3, and we each had a problem with our food. One of us had the new Philly Chicken sandwich and there was hardly any meat on it. One of us had the new Chicken tacos, and the meat was dry. And lastly one of us had the Potato Salad and it was so hard, it could not be eaten. We did make a comment to our waitress and all she said was, "I'll pass it on to the kitchen". And we never heard anything back, so we don't even know if the kitchen was even told.

Amanda is a great waitress, very attentive, fast and friendly! Way to be Amanda! :) Food is yummy bbq, the atmosphere is southern and super kind!
