Went there after my sister's husband's funeral. There were 23 of us. The service was very good and there was only one waitress, 👍

Our dinners were wonderful..only sad thing..my husband left our left over and 2 pieces of lemon pie on the counter..We didn't realize until we got home.

It's been a while since we've been to Perkins, but my son treated me for lunch yesterday and that's what we decided on. We couldn't believe how high the prices were, it was tempting to leave. We gave them the benefit of the doubt because in the past, it was usually a good experience. We decided to order an appetizer tray and it was barely enough for 2 people. 4 chicken tenders, 4 mozzerella sticks and a tiny handful of fries. Plus $8 for 2 sodas. Our waitress never came over to ask how our food was or to offer a refill on our drinks. We have frequented more higher end places over the years and we always get what we pay for, so this was shocking. We could have went to Burger King for better service than this and get more out of it. We used to like Perkins but this experience for nearly $30 was very disappointing.

We were seated and asked what we would like to drink. we both said water. 20 minutes later, we had no water, no waitress, we talked about going somewhere else after 5 more minutes, the waitress came over, apologized for the inconvenience asked if we were ready to order. We asked for water and a minute more. The manager came over and apologized for us not getting serive it was her fault. She was very nice. She apologized and explained what had happened. After we had ordered ate our food, our waitress didn't come and see if we needed refills on our drinks she walked by and said everything, OK. I said I think so she just kept going before my friend could say, "Can I have a refill?" We went to pay for our food, and that took 20 minutes before the waitress came.

We had a great meal on Wednesday October 9th, 2024. My husband had the Country Skillet and I had the Chicken Tender Melt. We had excellent service, food was well prepared and resembled the photos on the menu. It was a moderately busy night. We will be back!

Super friendly staff, food was superb… I believe the managers name was Shim and he was also amazing! Would recommend!

Vegetarian options: Has many salads and many options to sub out for things you don’t want!

Dietary restrictions: They are able to compensate to everything we need and had a gluten menu!

Parking: A couple of potholes but I know they mentioned filling then in soon.

Kid-friendliness: Has a kid’s menu with a variety of options! Also had kid’s eat free on Tuesday’s.

Wheelchair accessibility: Has handicap parking right in front of the doors. Has no stairs so is completely accessible.

food was horrible eggs were snot cold food unfriendly waitress ! runny flavorless gravy and biscuits flat as muffins then grilled

The first two forks I had were dirty. Other than that friendly waitstaff, good food, and would go back.

Dietary restrictions: They will substitute hashbrowns for fruit if you need to watch your carb or starch intake.

Parking: Easy accessibility, several handicap stalls, and plenty of other stalls. The parking lot does have some potholes that could be filled in.
