I have ordered delivery a handful of times recently, and there have been errors more often than not. Today they messed up and sent the wrong order with the delivery service, then never sent the right one. After multiple phone calls and many minutes of hold time, the best they could offer was a refund that will post to my account within 2 DAYS! Needless to say, I then ordered from a competing store. Pizza Hut has been my favorite pizza for 30 years! This is a really sad day.
Ordered Stuffed Crust with multiple toppings asked for extra bake time (last time wasn't hot). Still under cooked, hardly any toppings, Very disappointed. I will ever order from them again!!!
Just a food for thought.. we stopped at pizzahut on Oneida st in Appleton for supper tonight. Worse place ever and has gone downhill BIG time. Was told they didn't have dine in due to short staff but at least 6 employees. Was told they had no breadsticks and something else and wouldnt have any for at least 2 hours. But was told we could order and eat it there but would have no one to wait on us. So we did. I saw them put a completed order in a warmer wondering if was ours....read full review
