Why is this location closed half the time? It’s annoying when you go there and half the time it’s closed. How does this place make money?

Overall, I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years, but the pizza is more on the mediocre-ish side from my opinion. Noticeably more greasy than the competition, but the customer service was friendly at the counter when I picked up our order. I did also order the lasagna, which was actually good. I actually enjoyed the lasagna more than I did the pizza.

The most horrible thin crust pizza we have ever had! Toppings were ok, ate some toppings & threw the crust in the garbage. Called Pizza Hut but they hung up twice on us. Never again. Horrible customer service!

I stopped in by myself with my kiddos to use their free personal pizza coupons from the library. Robert helped us order, checkout and made our food. He was kind to me and my children the entire time and patient as we ordered. Robert went above and beyond to take care of us this evening. Thank you!!!

This location is terrible! The order is never correct and they never answer their phone when you call. We will definitely take our business elsewhere. If you want good service Pizza Hut Appleton is not the place!
The new owner has definitely turned this location around! I've been going here for almost 10 years and definitely see a difference

My Door Dash got stolen during closing hour, upon entering it the store the GM was super kind and offered to make me my order again during after hours! His attitude and respect is amazing.

Bad experience with food, but the services was on par. Thought it was just a bad day, with many orders piled up. I was wrong. Ordered stuffed crust pepperoni and omg this was the worst pizza I had at this location. Tried the other location in town 2 weeks later to test my theary, and same thing. Crust was 1/2 burnt/under cooked. The undercarriage was horrible it looked like polkadots witch means crust wasn't cooked right. The stuffed crust smelled like old cheese. The only thing half way decent was the pepperoni and the cheese on top. Anyways service was on par. Was greeted with politeness and curtisy.
