Very rude employee asked for my order and when he didnt see it saif not here and walked away and i called and ordered over 40 mins and didn't even start my stuff and then employees standing around just talking while customers are waiting to order will not be coming here ever again.

I ordered on the Pizza Hut app. I get conformation that my order will be delivered at a certain time. Then awhile after, I get a text from DoorDash that my order will be delivered 25 minutes later then my order time. Pizza Hut, I do not place orders with your company for you to transfer orders to DoorDash that makes my food cold by receiving my order 25 minutes late!!! If I wanted it delivered by DD, I would have ordered through DD! And the Pizzas and breadsticks were horrible! Huge waste of money at this location!

We ordered pizza to our hotel. The woman who delivered was bouncing it off her knee while carrying it. All of our pizza boxes were caved in and all the cheese and toppings were stuck to the top. I like Pizza Hut but this was disappointing.

I was horribly disappointed with my recent order, ordered meat lovers with banana peppers and mushrooms which was an additional 4 dollars, mushrooms and banana peppers were next to nothing for that extra cost, I even gave a 21% tip too for pick up not even delivery. I think I'll stick to any other pizza company, Pizza Hut has lost my business. The lady who gave me my order was nice but if I'm paying for extra ingredients I have to be able to see them.

Delivery was a failure again. Doesn’t own a gps to actually get to your house. Driver calls and says have a good night and hung up on us. I actually drove to the store and beat the driver back to the store. Had to have them remake it.
Have ordered here a number of times prior to review. Food is consistent and good. When I schedule a pick up the food is ready at or a bit before the time I requested which is fantastic. Out of the big 3 this has become my go to. The only downside is the location as its on the corner of a busier street, so it can be a bit difficult to get out or in at times. (This has no bearing on the stars though since I feel its out of their control)

Burnt pizza. For whatever reason it won’t let me post a picture but we ordered pizza an hour and a half early for pickup (at the correct time) and all 3 of our pizzas were burnt. Dried out crust and not enough cheese on the pizza. Very disappointing.
