A+ excellent food

Pizza toppings were wrong, which happens. 🤷‍♀️ When we called to let them know, they said they just got slammed so it'll be an hour. My boyfriend took a credit instead, thinking we could place an order at another pizza hut that isn't as busy. He called a total of three times because he didn't see the credit and wanted to just reorder it right away. Finally the employee said it could only be used at that location. Fine. Replaced it over the phone, and I went back out to get it. He said I applied your credit and it will be $2. It's $2, but we said you sure that's right? He said well, Uncle Sam still wants his cut. We got tired of this whole thing and just said fine.
But typically, if you make an order wrong, and issue a credit, it should allow the person who order the exact same thing (which we did) and not owe more money. Will not be returning to this location.

Every time I order a beverage I do not receive one. Toppers and Jimmy John's do not have this issue. Also no refund. I will not be ordering again.

On August 15th I ordered one pizza for takeout. I pulled up to the drive-thru window and waited 10 minutes. The employee told me their equipment was broken and they could not fulfill my order at this time. I asked if the order could be cancelled and refunded. The employee said they would do that and did not provide a receipt. After a week of not receiving the refund, I submitted a ticket. The response said someone from this location would contact me within three business days. Five business days later, I was still not contacted, so I reached out again. Someone from Pizza Hut Operations replied and told me they would mail me a check. I provided my order number and the total. After more than a week I did not receive anything by mail so I reached out again and was told she had been busy but would send it soon. It has now been 12 more days (a month since my original order) and I have not received a refund. So not only did I not get the food, but I have not receive my money back (which included a tip). I very much do not recommend this Pizza Hut.

I ordered pizza for my family it was delivered around eight p.m which is not the problem here even tho that was hours after I ordered. The problem is the delivery driver came to my house and banged on my door like he was the fbi then proceeded to threaten me because when I paid online I didnt leave a tip (which I planned on leaving a cash tip because I have been a driver before and know its nice getting cash over card tips) he literally wouldn't give me my food and proceeded to yell at me over the tip. I am a single mom home alone with my children and this man seemed drunk.. when I finially got my food and he left I immediately called the store I tried 15 times to get ahold of the store that night with no response then I tried pressing number 1 where you get someone from a call center. I explained to the man on the other side.What had happened with the driver I told him I want to make a formal complaint. He gave me a phone number which he told me was for the corporate office to make a complaint. I cannot even make this up. I called the number, and it was for a sex hotline... so I tried to call back again. I got a lady from the call center this time. Explained to her what happened and she said she was putting in a complaint for me and then in the middle of our conversation, after I explained everything that happened The call hung up and nobody called me back.. the next day I spent the entire day trying to call the local store to get a hold of someone. And I had no response. I have no idea how to contact someone from this store specifically without actually going there. I would like something done about the driver. I feel he is a danger. I wish I would have called the police. Never ordering pizza hut again. Or ordering amything for that matter.

Worst experience. Ordered at 5:40 PM with estimated delivery time of 6:20 waited and hour 4 phone calls later pizza showed up at 7:25 PM cold and soggy with no apology from driver other than stop in the store tomorrow at talk to the manager. sorry but i'll just call a different Pizza place next time.

They forgot half my order and when I contacted customer service all I got was a thank you for feedback. So needless to say if you don't want to waste money go to different PH location.

****Update we got breadsticks that didn’t even have seasoning!! Just plain nasty breadsticks! I really hate that they took over Kimberly over the Kaukauna store this is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from forgets sauce cups pizza bottom is soggy every time breadsticks have nearly no seasoning it can’t be any worse tried to call to mention no Pizza Hut does these things and made constructive criticism just asking if they put the appropriate amount of seasoning and they cook the pan pizzas slightly longer like the other stores he mentions these are all options you can add in the order( a total blatant lie can’t even leave a comment for you order) *** This is the worst Pizza Hut in our area I was hoping it was just opening issues so we stopped ordering from Pizza Hut as they took over our area. The bread sticks have nearly no seasoning the deep dish doesn’t have crust butter they just cut corners and give you a worse product we will pick the pizza up from kayaking for now on. Pizza Hut has the best breadsticks the ones they gave me are honestly worst then papa John’s and that’s saying something.

Hadn't had pizza hut in a while and we were not disappointed. Newer store in darboy. Pizza was good and still love the breadsticks. They have gotten a little more expensive than I remember, but everything has.

Since this location opened, we've ordered carry-out four times. And the pizzas were made wrong two of those times.
One time the pizza has no sauce on it. Literally. This last time pizza was ordered requesting extra sauce and to be baked well done.
Not sure what the issue is here - poor training or just poor quality of employees. But I think from here on we'll stick with one of our many other pizza options in the area. To bad, because Pizza Hut used to be a favorite.

Employee never showed up to work. I ordered online and drove 25 miles to find restaurant closed. Customer service was NO help and I still have not been reimbursed

Order food they couldn’t change the order to add drinks told me it was good it’s all on them then driver pulls up and gets made over not getting tipped a lot so took drinks back smh do better
