Great customer service! The person clearing the plates was so kind and polite! He even let me know the game room was half price on Mondays. He let me know in a way that my granddaughter did not pick up on what he was telling me about the game room, truly appreciated this delivery of the message!

The pizza ranch in Grand chute is a little disappointing. There was food on the floor, no noodles with sauce like the other pizza ranch. The fries tasted like they were made in the same oil like the chicken, it had a very gross taste. Our plates were removed from our table in a timely manner.

We just had a birthday party here on Sunday for our two 7 year old boys. We reserved a room with one of the party packages, which included a ranch hand, pizza, ice cream, drinks, gift bags and arcade cards for each kid, and very accommodating staff. Nick is always friendly and provides great service every time we visit.

We had a family gathering and everyone had a great time and loved the food. The game room was used by the kids. The staff couldn't have been better to us. We'll be back!

Nice selection of food. You can just about get any pizza you like. The hot bar has chicken, mash potatoes, stuffing, vegetables, etc... and is like having a home cooked meal. The salad bar is well stocked and fresh. We have been going to Pizza Ranch for about 10yrs and always look for a location when we travel. Excellent value, great food and warm atmosphere.
Vegetarian options: Salad bar, pizzas and parts of the hot bar. If you want tofu, kale and exotic vegan fare then you will not be satisfied.
