This location does half measures. The bare minimum. I've been here several times since this location has opened hoping that someone turns it around and it's been a consistent disappointment. Asking for gratuity before hand is just annoying.

I get together with a couple of friends from high school once a month. We enjoy the food and they don't mind that we sit and chat for a while after eating.
Mine was a Grubhub order, so atmosphere doesn’t apply. Service definitely applies though as my order, a pizza and the chicken, were not correct. That I took up with Grubhub. Why I am leaving this review is because the chicken I did receive had an awful crust ?also the almond cactus bread was questionable!! What happened to the amazing chicken and pizza????

Held my son's birthday party here for ~10 kids. We we able to order a birthday package that is not offered there. We were compensated for the difference. The main issue was not having a party host, there was often lag times for items or service we needed. The place was often understaffed and the ticket redemption counter was a long wait and often not attended. They did the best they could with what they had. I appreciate the work that was put in to try and make the issues minimal. Still extremely cost effective kids party room vs places like badger sports park, funset, etc...
