You're people who worked on July the 5 of 2024.Who were working at 12:20. Literally are rude to the customer,and I understand that they don't make enough money to deal with us. Please treat you're customers with some respect.

It’s almost as if they get money taken from their paychecks for every honey packet they give out stg bsffr it ain’t that serious just give a nice handful not no 8 packets for a four piece and fries.

Terrible food at expensive prices. Chicken was dry and flavorless, fries were cold, and diet coke tasted of nothing but carbonation. Won't be returning.

Stay away from this place. The quality at this location has gone down hill tremendously since opening. I’ve been here 3 times in the last 6 months. 2 out of those 3 times I ordered spicy chicken and got classic that looked like it was barely even cooked. Not golden brown and very bland in flavor. I guess expecting the correct food ordered when spending that much money is too much to ask for.

My Host Melvin was nothing but welcoming and kind! It was my first time going on 10/13/25 to any popeyes. When I arrived I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile from Melvin who helped me out today at the register. He was nothing but polite and friendly with his service! When I got my order and sat down he proceeded to come over and offer me in the nicest way possible Two Chicken Sandwiches that a customer had not come to receive that day. If anyone would go to Popeyes at this Location it would be for Melvin. His customer service is top notch making it more than enough to come back for more! Melvin deserves a Raise or Appraisal for his outstanding service!

I ordered online and picked up the food. When I got home I realized that the order was completely wrong. I called and told them that I needed a replacement. They agreed to replace my order. I went back a second time and I picked up the new order. When I got home, it was the wrong order AGAIN! I called to let them know it was wrong, again. They hung up and wouldn't answer the phone again there after. Back in Chicago Popeyes was the best chicken place around. Apparently an Appleton, Wisconsin they don't care one way or another. We did attempt to eat the food we had gotten from them, but it was not even edible. It must have been 12 hours old.

Ordered a meal for take out, and it was missing half the chicken. I was supposed to get two 3 piece classics and only received one. Absolutely ridiculous.
