In a city where we pride ourselves in good customer service! This place is ruining that reputation like all Popeyes locations. Went to drive thru to order food I notice that my son wanted a 3pc tender instead of a 5pc I politely ask if she could give me the 3 pc but instead she denied it and said I have to drive all the way back around and reorder! This is a general manager I said that’s odd you can’t just switch it. She replied well it’s odd I’m not gonna serve you. So I pulled around went inside where I learned this lady is running the store she continues to be rude not caring that I wanted to feed my kids! I see what this place has gone down hill bad customer service and bad food preparation. Will never return and I hope others follow suit

I ordered the 4 pc chicken with one side. The chicken had no flavor and the side of Mac and cheese looked like leftovers. The service was very pushy, I felt pressured to order. There was no hello or have a nice day just tossed the order on the counter and turned away! I’ve been to several Popeyes mostly down south, I never had service or food like this at those other restaurants. Avoid this Popeyes if you can!!!!!

They lady was very rude and there was no like but wanted to rush me.
I got the 3 piece tenders meal with Cajun fries and a drink. The chicken was okay, and the fries were pretty good. The fountain drink had a weird taste to it, to the point that I couldn't drink it. The service was really slow. This was my first visit to a Popeyes, so I took some time deciding what I wanted since I wasn't familiar with the options. There were only a few people in line ahead of me, but from the time I walked in until the time I walked out with my takeout order, it took almost 30 minutes for food that was sitting under the heat lamps and ready to be served. I wasn't in a rush to get anywhere so it wasn't a big deal, but I'm not sure I'd go out of my way for this again because of how long it took.

After going through the drive though we were charged for an extra sandwich we didn't want or get then after going in the manager "did not know how to refund us" and the only soultion given was giving us a sandwich we didn't want.

I work doing delivery and every time I arrive it is closed they accept the orders and when you arrive they treat you very badly to tell you that they are closed and you have already lost money and time and gas terrible
