Would give negative stars if possible. Ordered cinnamon sugar pretzel and couldn't eat them. Kids wouldn't touch them either. Felt like I sucked on a sweet and low packet. Disgusting..went in the garbage.

Service is extremely poor!it's hard to adjust to places that are taking away the cashier's position.the worker was putting a order together and I told him my order then he went behind my back to worker and said I was rude.i thought if your putting an order together it will easy just put another order together since your there.never ever going back! Workers today all attitude no work

I used to get pretzels here a lot and then I started to get sick so I tried the mozzarella ones and those got me sick too. Eventually they seemed underdone. Also the dogs seemed underdone in the pretzels they got me sick also I don’t know if it’s the dough or that things are not cooked all the way or it’s been sitting too long, but they need to work on their food, because it is delicious when made right

Alexis started putting words in my mouth. This is not ok. Asked for non salted gave me super salted pretzel. Never ordering pretzels again. Especially from Alexis. I’m gonna give her a pass for now but next time it’s on sight.

One of the girls in the store I don't remember the name however I believe it started with an L was quite passive aggressive towards me when I had done nothing wrong and just wanting some frickin pretzels

We bought a cup of the pretzel bits with a side of cheese and a drink. The pretzel bit was good but was disappointed with the cheese sauce! It was very watery and did not taste anything like cheese. The girl at the front counter look as she doesn't want to work and rushes you.

Every time I come here close to 7pm they never have pretzel dogs. Why have it in the menu when you do not provide the food.
Well, we aren't usually at this mall. We love Aunt Annie's and saw this place so gave it a try. Nope. No comparison. Pretzels were small/thinner, lack of flavor on my garlic one and cheese sauce was runny. Disappointed

I really enjoyed Kaelyn’s aggressive attitude, I see many reviews talking about poor service from the employees which didn’t surprise me. Food was good but we won’t be coming back. Kaelyn was super rude and interrupted me every time I tried talking. So disappointing. I did have a laugh after a few of her smerky comments she decided to make towards me. After all she is a pretzel maker employee which says it all lol.
