I ordered 2 nacho bowls with chips on the side and a side of guacamole and chips. The lady only gave me 1 normal bag of chips, and when I asked for another bag of chips she refused to give me another bag going back and forth with me saying I had enough chips. I then had to tell her I will just pay for another bag of chips.

I thought I ordered a large drink with my meal and asked one of the staff about it. He verified that I actually ordered a regular drink with my meal and gave me the large drink anyway. It was my mistake and he was so nice about it!

I ordered 2 bowls for delivery. I only received one bowl. I tried calling the store for over 4 hours and no one ever picked up. I filled out a form online and sent an email and here I am 3 days later and no response. Apparently I'll be out my money. Never ordering delivery again!

This was my first time at Qdoba in a long, long time. The manager let you try some meat so I could tell if it was something I was going to like because it was spicy. I had forgotten the process of how to order this stuff, so she walked me through everything. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful and they all had a smile on. I can't give five stars on the atmosphere because the first six tables we walked past needed to be cleaned. But shortly after we sat down, somebody came out and cleaned off all the tables. The food was excellent, and portions were definitely FULL scoops!

This is the best QDOBA Mexican eats I have found. I live in Winneconne the closest one is in Oshkosh And it’s terrible, Manager needsl a lot of training. We drive to Appleton’s QDOBA , We are treated like family every time we are there It’s about 3 to 4 times a month. Easy parking Clean bathrooms Lots of food for your money.
I ate at Qdoba on East Calumet Street in Appleton, Wisconsin on Thursday afternoon, May 1, 2025. Although this Qdoba is in a busy location with a lot of other restaurants and shops around, I went in at around 3:30 pm (too late for lunch and too early for dinner), so they weren't busy. The rainy and crappy weather probably contributed to them not being very busy as well. The employees were friendly and gave excellent service. I ordered the ground beef burrito bowl with double meat and no rice and beans. I got lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, jalapenos, and salsa roja on it, and it tasted delicious. The brownie I got tasted fresh and delicious as well. I always have to get a brownie when I visit Qdoba because they're so good. My only complaint, and only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5, is that I thought 17.04 was a little too pricey for only a burrito bowl and a brownie. Granted, I got double meat and I know that costs extra everywhere, but I thought it still cost a bit too much (they charged me 3.75 for double ground beef). Even though I got my food to-go and didn't eat in the restaurant, the restaurant looked very clean. I will definitely eat here again. If you're not already a member of the Qdoba Rewards program, I would highly recommend downloading their app and joining. It's free to sign up and depending on how often you eat there, you get either a free chips and salsa or free entree on your birthday and they often have great deals like buy one entree, get one free or days where they offer double or triple points for ordering on the app.

I’ve eaten here several times. Each time the restaurant was relatively clean given the traffic. They process orders quickly and accurately. Service was friendly, polite, and always available. They are accommodating with substitutions and requests for small extras. Convenient location. We’ll keep coming back 😎
