I’ve eaten here several times. Each time the restaurant was relatively clean given the traffic. They process orders quickly and accurately. Service was friendly, polite, and always available. They are accommodating with substitutions and requests for small extras. Convenient location. We’ll keep coming back 😎

Another franchise tainted with the stain of shrink-flation..
Recently, they switched their chip and queso portion sizes while keeping the same price. Chips used to come in big brown bags. The new white bags contain about 50% of the brown bags.
Queso also used to come in a bigger container. Now, for nearly 6$, you get half the chips and half the queso.

I have enlisted this crew for several catering orders for family events and I cannot say enough good things about the food and excellent service we have received on every occasion. Thank you East Appleton QDOBA Team for doing the heavy lifting, so I can enjoy more family time!

At like 6:45 pm I Waited for like 5 minutes before even being greeted ( I was the only person in line) when they finally got to me it was with a “what do you want” I was on break from work. I really wanted to say at that point I don’t want anything cause as a a previous server and customer service I was so unenlightened that I was no longer hungry! I work in healthcare now and so much more demanding and drained that I literally didn’t even eat my food cause I was so sad! The ginger dude (maybe a manager) and the one tall dude looked at me a few times and just stood there by that point of waiting I was annoyed. The younger dude that took my order had a bad attitude and barely let me speak before asking me my next topping. The service here sucks.

Your food is always pretty decent and very filling. No complaints there. Staff is always really friendly. My youngest son is addicted to there now.
Parking: I feel that at times it could be hard to find a parking spot there. They share the building with other businesses. But I think that there's enough that you might have to park a little ways away.

Food is always good and you get exactly what you ask for but the manager is very condescending and doesn't listen to you. I repeated that my meat was ground beef three times with her saying "steak is also beef what kind of beef do you want, we have three kinds of beef"
