I've tried to go here numerous times only to find that they have closed about an hour early. The food is fine if you are lucky to find it open. Very rude and unprofessional. In one instance, I was walking towards the door when an employee saw me coming. They shut the open sign off and locked the door.

Walked in and staff are doing their closing duties at 730. That's an hour and a half early. They barely had any bread, it was a choice between wheat and white. They had the soup off the burner. They ended up microwaving my soup and it left a burnt mark on the cup. The smell was horrible from it, and it even tasted worst. Corporate needs to come in and do a crew clean up.

I haven't been to Quiznos in since they closed down the locations in Green Bay. I was happy to find out that there was still one in Appleton. By far the best sub shop around. I'm walking away with my tastebuds bursting and my belly full. I will be back next time I'm in town.

Then while we were eating they were doing their closing duties an hour early in front of us making us feel kind of unwelcome being the only ones there. Then we left and no one said bye to us, just went to lock the doors.

We went there on Sunday 11/24. The lady was at a table and was more worried about her personal life than us. She walked in back and took her time. I had to approach the lady with conversation. I then ordered a black angus. She did not put the meat in the juice that it usually does to heat up and for flavor. I asked her if she did, knowing she didn’t and she lied and told me she did. Usually the staff is great and friendly but I felt like she was inconvenienced by us coming in.

Ok sandwich, but the last 3 visits have had horrible service. The single person making sandwiches and running the cash register was crabby and acting like she didn't want to be there. The place was unclean like the tables have not been wiped down, floors not swept for an entire day. On the last visit they were out of lettuce. (really? A sandwich shop?)
Love me some quiznos. Usually pretty quick service.
