Food is severely overpriced for the quality. Sure, the fries are bottomless but they're luke warm and have no flavor.
Love this place!
Vegetarian options: You could get salad with no chicken! And few apps but that’s it.

Being out of town and having never been here before, it wasn't that great. The service was good, but the burger patty was red in the middle. They did ask if we wanted it pink or not pink, and we said no pink, but we didn't say anything because we had to get back on the road. I'm not sure if we will go there again.

We got there for happy hour. $3 off shakes and onion rings. No where, and no one told us that you can't combine discounts. Go to pay and found out we had $10 off with loyalty points. It was either use that or the $6 off for shake and onion rings. Unbelievable.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve had in years. We called earlier in the day to make a reservation for a party of 12, they mentioned they do not take reservations but insisted for us to call a hour before arrival just to give them a heads up.
Our party of 12 arrives at 530pm and we’re told it’ll be about 30 minutes until we’re seated. Around 630pm a hostess approaches to tell us it’ll be about 30 minutes or less until we’re seated.
Around 730pm we bring to the hostess attention that we’ve been waiting for 2 hours, they apologized and said they’re just waiting for tables to open up. Eventually they end up splitting our party of 12 into 3 groups LOL!
The food was delicious but being misled into waiting 2 hours for it was beyond unreasonable. Our drinks and fries were never refilled as well. They compensated our misfortune with a free appetizer on our next visit.

The wait was about twice what we were told, not a big deal. The waitress was exceptional to start out but appeared to lose interest as my daughter requested firesauce 3 times and never got it. One grandchild ordered broccoli, got fries, corrected the server but never received broccoli. My grandson ordered a root beer float for dessert. My waitress was very helpful showing me how to use the kiosk to pay and I paid but when I got the receipt realized it was not our order. Took a bit to flag her down but she rushed to get her manager. I never saw the manager. She came back and said he had reversed those charges and here was the correct bill. I asked her to make the root beer float to go. Reviewed the charges and started to pay again. The system flashed and indicated my bill had changed. Reviewed the bill again, oh, they forgot to charge for the float. Paid the bill again. This took a good half hour to resolve. I'm very disappointed that the manager did not personally address the reversal of charges or provide any documentation of it. I left realizing I may have paid for dinner three times!! To follow up, I didn't. The food was good though.

Had a totally horrible experience there on Wednesday. Went there with the family, 3 of us. Got our drinks fast enough but then the waitress preceded to take our order and not write it down. After taking the order which included an appetizer she commented "easy order" then waited 20 or more minutes with noone coming around. Then the main courses come but no appetizer. No silverware, no waitress, 5 minutes go by, still nothing. So I had to go complain to the people who were manning the front desk. Finally 5 minutes later we get our appetizer and silverware but waitress was very not attentive even though our area was not super busy. Food was good but will have to think twice before doing to this restaurant again. Highly not recommended 😕

Just finished eating here as we sat down and the waitress brought our drinks she spilled my full glass of orange fanta all over my lap, jacket and and shoes. She laughed and proceeded to wipe off the spilled soda and not giving me a rag to dry off. I had to go into the bathroom to dry my pants and shoes. I'm not quite sure what was funny about spilling a drink all over someone. She did say she was sorry but acted like it wasn't that big of a deal. I did receive a free appetizer for next time. What I can't believe is they continued to charge me for my drink and food. Not very good customer service for sure. I understand accidents happen,but to laugh is just unacceptable. The food was good but not very enjoyable sitting in wet sticky clothes. 😟

Absolutely horrible customer service. Our online order wasn’t ready because of their POS system issue and when myself and others were waiting for orders that weren’t ready the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful in trying to get us our orders over the lunch hour. She made it clear it wasn’t her fault or problem. Very disappointing to have a manager be so dismissive about people not getting their food during lunch. Will definitely not be back after the extended hassle and zero resolution.

I got the Whiskey River BBQ burger last night, and it was barely cooked. I did request some pink, but this was essentially ground beef. I ordered through DoorDash, and when I posted about it being undercooked, they offered me $5 in credit for my $18 meal.
ETA: Upon writing my initial review, I got in contact via the email they left me in their response. I was in touch with the manager, and she offered me her apologies, and I feel I was compensated appropriately! While the experience overall wasn’t great, their customer service in response was/is greatly appreciated!

My girlfriend and I went the Red Robin in Appleton and we had a $35 gift card. I still ended up paying $47 after using the $35 gift card. $82 for 2 burgers an appetizer and 2 sodas with top. Are you kidding me. Never again. Everyone I talk to I tell them this. Hopefully the Red Robin chain will be the next one to go under!! So ridiculous!!

Just ordered a blta croissant from there. First off, it wasn't on a croissant, second off, found mold on the bun after taking some bites. I am absolutely disgusted. Called the restaurant and they don't even care and told me I would have to go through doordash for the issue which I understand for a refund, but you should care that your restaurant is serving moldy food! Never doing business with them again!

Went there on a Saturday night and waited over a hour just to sit down even though we called ahead telling them there would be 11 of us. That don't do any good cause they won't take reservations. Food is just OK.
