I ordered a carry out order, specifically requested no onions due to a medical condition, when I picked up the order it was cold even though I was 10 minutes early at pick up. The staff at the pick up desk was dismissive. I was so disappointed to find when I got home that I had a burger I could not eat. I spent $16 for a stack of cold steak fries. Boo Red Robin.

We went out to dinner for Veterans Day as my husband is a veteran. We were seated right away and soon our server Julia was at our table. She was very friendly and very efficient. They were offering a free type of burger for veterans and it was done perfectly. I had blackened salmon which I wouldn’t call blackened as it lacked any spiciness or blackening. It had a nice taste anyway.
Service Manager Lindsay stopped at our table to see how we were enjoying our meals. She couldn’t have been sweeter! Even though I didn’t complain she still deducted something from our bill. We will definitely be back and ask for Julia to be our server and of course to check in with Lindsay! Great place and great people, we recommend it!

Not so good experience today at lunch. Ordered the burger deal and asked for our sides first (2) one came and one did not. It was brought to us by a different server than the one who took the order. My friend got hers and was almost done with it by the time I flagged down our server. She said that mine would be a bit longer, well it came with the meal. Never came back to ask how we were doing or if we needed refills. Again, we had to flag her down for refills. Stuff happens but when we went to pay the bill it was WAY MORE than what we ordered. Not sure we will ever be back.

Food was excellent and great value. Our server, Sergio, was very attentive. Also, couldn’t help but notice a server nearby that was on her A game making sure tables were neat and tidy. Had to ask her name, great work Nancy! Can’t wait to come back!

We went to Red Robin in Appleton Sat night. It was my husband’s birthday so he got the free gourmet burger and I got the Yum burger special $9.99. We got the bill and the girl stated I can’t get the Yum burger special. I paid full price for it plus my beverage extra. I asked why I had to pay full price for Yum burger and full price for beverage. She said because the birthday burger was a special and you can’t get both. We were never told this. Plus they placed us near a screaming kid for our entire meal. We walked out not happy.
