Red Robin used to be the go to, but their price hikes are out of hand $60 dollars to feed two adults and a kid with just burger meals is wild. The bartender who was our server was great though.

The Tuesday burger deal is very good, a real bargain. The food and service really couldn't have been better. My only complaint is that there were a few employees sitting in the booth next to us and we were hearing things in the conversation that was inappropriate. I believe one was a manager.

Absolutely disgusting cock roaches In our food they took the plate before I could take pictures!!!! Wanted us to pay for the meal then it was free after they saw me taking pictures of the kitchen this needs to be looked at by the health department. Will never go back

Our host Andy was very personable and sweet. Our server Matteo was extremely attentive and had a great attitude. Food was great and came extremely quick. Gluten free bun and gluten free fries were great

Sandwiches were amazing, fresh, and juicy! Sarah and Lindsay amazing service and the cook in the kitchen prepared the best burgers we have had in a long long time! Great to have great service and great food in a clean welcoming restaurant this is very hard to find both at a restaurant! Great job Red Robin Appleton

For the past 14 years red, Robin has been a long lived tradition in the relationship of my husband And I. In fact when we are able to, we go every year on our anniversary, and or birthdays, and even when there’s nothing to celebrate. Recently, while home, visiting my Dad, we stopped at a Red Robin because there isn’t one close to where we live, and we had not been to a Red Robin in a little over a year (we missed the food). We had noticed that the service at red Robin seemed to be declining a bit over the years. But today changed my everything! We went to the location in Appleton, WI. A server named Nancy appeared at our table with a friendly smile and greeted us. She observed that my drink was getting low and brought a new one without me, even asking. It was the same with the fries. She listened carefully to our order to be sure everything was recorded correctly and repeated everything back to us. She was very friendly, very efficient and did her job very well. Not to mention the food was ready and brought to the table very promptly, it arrived hot, and just the sight made our mouths water. My husband, dad, and I took advantage of the $10 Tuesday cheeseburger deal. The restaurant was clean and tidy from the front door to the booth. The manager that came to check on our table was super friendly as well. I wish we were able to frequent this Red Robin more often! We will definitely return.

Great service followed up with great management. Manager named Kevin is one of the best when It comes to customer service. Was extremely refreshing to see great customer service from a restaurant. Very impressed!

Kelsey was so positive and fun. She is very good at her job and represents Red Robin very well!! I will be back! This was my first time ever being at ReD Robin. I recommend the tower of Onion Rings for an appetizer to start!
