Fun restaurant with a great menu selection and very reasonably priced- had a friend go for his birthday and I was craving a burger so we gave it a go, haven't been there in a long time. Was very happy with food quality and portions, price was less than anticipated, and service was fantastic although it was busy and could've used 1 more person she did great and was very friendly.Kid-friendliness: Great kids choices with healthy side options.

Food was good just the burgers were undercooked from what asked and they didn’t put parm on my garlic parm fries. There was lots of arguing and yelling from the kitchen. I couldn’t even hear my husband trying to talk to me. Very obnoxious and loud. Yelling at workers and stuff you could hear the entire argument. Server was nice but barely stopped by. He was sitting down at a table talking to two people about their hair when me and my husband were out of drinks. Decent food but service is horrible.

Our Waitress, Sarah N was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING as always. We love her and ACTUALLY visited more often because of her personal touch and personality. Unfortunately. Since the increase in menu prices and change in their burger product which is thinner, more fatty and greasy not tastier. We cannot see visiting more often. Red Robin places a date of "use by" for rewards you earned. For the price, CONSIDER changing your burger back! Rewards aren't what they use to be. Skimping on those who support your business is not a move in the right direction. We noticed employees park on te other side of the building so it looks like there's more business. It is not as busy as it use to be. I can imagine tips have gone down too with less people patronizing your business. Take into consideration that you'll lose good help who bring customers back!

Absolutely terrible. First they have items on menu that are discontinued, that is very bad, waitress should tell you that before everyone orders and you find out the one thing you wanted they don't have, and won't have corrected menus for another week. That is a terrible corporate model. But it has happened before. They are badly run, managed and owned, overpriced, and the manager looked like a homeless person. Unkempt, no name tag or any identifying logo or anything. Pizza was ordered and sent back, just terrible and no flavor or sauce on it, plus it was very unappealing looking. Overpriced impossible burger 16 dollars for a burger and fries. No value or quality here. Certainly, there is no accountability or professionalism. Food is terrible to boot. Pass it by every time. I challenge the owner to respond and contact me! Your restaurant is a joke!

Red Robin has been a consistent staple for the past 15 years for me. This location in particular has fostered an excellent culture with their staff that reaches their customers. My go to is the Bonzai burger (some pink), Freckled Lemonade, and never ever forget the campfire sauce!

Waited for over 50 minutes when we were told 10. Kept seating people ahead of us. Then proceeds to throw our menus on a dirty table and just told us to sit. Rude comments from staff and a manager who didn’t care to help.
