Rocky Rococo Pizza and Pasta

Pleasant experience, but nothing extraordinary. Super Slice sausage pizza was tasty, but a bit gummy, not crisp. Beverage was cold and refreshing. I Commend their recognition of veterans, and their loyalty program. Check it out yourself...they give you a big bang for your buck!!

The pizza was straightup super floppy and soggyish but it hit good. Service was polite and fast.

Four stars because it wasn't the greatest in the world.

They gave me the wrong size beverage and when I asked if I misunderstood the size they handed me an empty cup. Customers don’t have access to the beverage machine. My daughter’s spaghetti was very small and very watery. She usually likes spaghetti here, but wouldn’t even finish it. There was also garbage on the floor under the warming table.

I love this pizza but the one guy may be the manager is always so crabby like he hates his job. I know I wouldn't want to work with him the way he talks to the other team members.

I had to take my husband there for his first time. It had been years myself since I had eaten from Rocky Rococo. We were both very pleased.

I appreciate the one person run restaurant. Probably the owner. But always good to see somebody who is obviously hard-working and there all the time taking care of business. Thank you!

10/12/2024 approximately 12:48pm I witnessed a shorter late 30’s early to early 40’s cook/employee wearing a navy blue/black hat with either the milwaukee brewers logo, or a marquette warriors logo WIPE HIS NOSE with his wrist in the kitchen after going to to the cooler in the front to grab a sauce. At 12:50 i witnessed this same man wipe his nose with his BARE HAND as he walked to the fridge in the kitchen to grab a pizza to start cooking.

The food was great, the cashiers were great, but that was probably one of the grossest things i’ve ever seen.

I hope they have cameras in the kitchen.

The older gentleman with a pony tail was very friendly and patient while my son was deciding what he wanted. He also let my other son have a free chocolate milk, on the house. It is the little things in customer service that make it a wonderful visit. Thank you for the kind gesture.

Ive gotten a stomach virus from this place from a couple of days ago, never eating this food ever again. Get the health department into this restaurant. I don't want anyone else getting another stomach virus from the food. Plus it was the dough from the pizza that gotten me this way, I want money or something back from my disgusting experience. And I know it's true because I haven't eaten anything else expect this.

if you have a health inspector to coming look around There is grease stains on the four and the food is Terrible some of the staff are OK and there was this one time I was working and I saw a Mouse run Across the floor if it was me I wouldn't stop eating there

Edit: They gave replied back to me with a promo and an apology. Upgraded from a 2 star to 5 star for excellent customer service! Definitely love Rocky’s. It sucked that it was a miss this time but I will be coming back!

The service was better than average. The pizza was disappointing. The sausages were cut in half from their normal size. As you can see they did not put many on either. The pizza was cheesy. I ordered extra sauce and got a normal amount. The other college location is better.
