Rocky Rococo Pizza and Pasta

10/12/2024 approximately 12:48pm I witnessed a shorter late 30’s early to early 40’s cook/employee wearing a navy blue/black hat with either the milwaukee brewers logo, or a marquette warriors logo WIPE HIS NOSE with his wrist in the kitchen after going to to the cooler in the front to grab a sauce. At 12:50 i witnessed this same man wipe his nose with his BARE HAND as he walked to the fridge in the kitchen to grab a pizza to start cooking.

The food was great, the cashiers were great, but that was probably one of the grossest things i’ve ever seen.

I hope they have cameras in the kitchen.

The older gentleman with a pony tail was very friendly and patient while my son was deciding what he wanted. He also let my other son have a free chocolate milk, on the house. It is the little things in customer service that make it a wonderful visit. Thank you for the kind gesture.

Ive gotten a stomach virus from this place from a couple of days ago, never eating this food ever again. Get the health department into this restaurant. I don't want anyone else getting another stomach virus from the food. Plus it was the dough from the pizza that gotten me this way, I want money or something back from my disgusting experience. And I know it's true because I haven't eaten anything else expect this.

if you have a health inspector to coming look around There is grease stains on the four and the food is Terrible some of the staff are OK and there was this one time I was working and I saw a Mouse run Across the floor if it was me I wouldn't stop eating there

Edit: They gave replied back to me with a promo and an apology. Upgraded from a 2 star to 5 star for excellent customer service! Definitely love Rocky’s. It sucked that it was a miss this time but I will be coming back!

The service was better than average. The pizza was disappointing. The sausages were cut in half from their normal size. As you can see they did not put many on either. The pizza was cheesy. I ordered extra sauce and got a normal amount. The other college location is better.

Absolutely love the food. I always get a combo meal. Breadsricks were slightly over seasoned but still very good. Customer service was good as well. I will always come back!

Ordered take out for the first time from here. It is a mall location, so we didn't know how well they would prepare a family meal deal (2 lg specialty pizzas, party size sticks, and a 2 liter soda bottle) that we ordered.We were very impressed with the order, it came out on time, was exactly as ordered including light sauce and was piping hot and delicious with friendly service. We definitely plan on ordering take-out from here again. We only wish we had tried take-out sooner from here.

I was standing inline and I heard the young cashiers tell the guy in front of me that they are out of certain ingredients. Who runs out of sausage and pepperoni at a pizza place?

I LOVE this place! The pizza is the BEST! And I love how they give you lots of breadsticks and drinks! The service is usually okay. They give you what they need. I do recommend stopping in for a good meal! Could be a little cheaper and some tables not always clean, but that's not necessarily on them.

Definitely my favorite restaurant in the mall food court! Great staff, great food, and not hard on the wallet either.

Kid-friendliness: The employees are always friendly and service has been great every time that I've eaten here.

Wheelchair accessibility: The mall provides electric scooters to shoppers and the front counter of Rocky Rococo's is easily accessible to people with them.

Pizza dough was soggy. No flavor. Rockys use to be so good, no more.

We ordered online and arrived about 5 minutes after the order said it would be ready. I waited in line patiently and watched as one employee took the orders and communicated with the one person making the food. The girl taking the orders was quick, efficient, and handled the busy time so well! She offered solutions and advice to the guy in the back (who wasn’t quite happy to take it) but she was doing great work! The food was great and I was impressed with how well just two people managed to take care of things. Note - 2 people shouldn’t have to do it by themselves, but they did well for the time being.

Went into the mall location in Appleton! Walked towards the counter and a rather large girl who must have finished her shift was lying over the counter from the customer side talking to a girl sitting on a milk crate on the floor. She remained there , I got my food which is always good. The entire time I sat there eating she never moved from lying on the counter chatting.
