Upscale brunch spot, serving the classics and elevated breakfast options.
The service is good, they use many local ingredients. The wait staff was helpful in explaining the menu. They have a bar, dining area, and a bakery.
The eggs Benny was delicious, but the side salad was a fantastic, refreshing bite. The cheese curds were lightly breaded and came with aioli to dip them in, which went well together.
They have a display featuring some really fancy baked goods, definitely check it out for a treat on your way out, or grab a cup of coffee and a treat.
Sap was a great surprise. Our server, Otto, was incredibly attentive and engaged. The food was tasty!
SAP is hands-down one of the best brunch spots in Appleton! Everything on the menu is creative, fresh, and made with high-quality ingredients. I love how they take classic brunch favorites and give them a fun, elevated twist. The lemon ricotta pancakes are heavenly, and the savory dishes like the hash or eggs benedict are always on point.
The atmosphere is bright, stylish, and welcoming, with a great mix of cozy and modern. The bakery case is also hard to resist —don’t leave without grabbing a treat (or two) to go! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the service is consistently great. SAP is the perfect brunch destination whether you’re catching up with friends or just treating yourself.
High quality food and ingredients. Only negative is the prices are on the high side.
We stopped in while in town for a wedding and are so glad we did—this place is a true gem in Appleton! Our server, Otto, was amazing—friendly, attentive, and super helpful with the menu. The food was excellent, the bakery had a great selection of treats, and we loved that they served Colectivo Coffee. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Appleton!
Restaurant was packed tight, for good reason; food is delicious and locally sourced but, it’s pretty loud in the dining area. Liz was the best waitress EVER! friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable 🙂Carrot ginger juice was perfect! We sat at the bar for faster service, otherwise was a 45 minute wait. My only complaint is that their “system was unable to process gift cards” which was the reason I came in the first place.
Update: made a reservation this time….well worth it! Call the day before OR right when they open at 8, cuz they fill up FAST
Delicious food, friendly fast service... a little noisy
the staff, the atmosphere and the food was amazing!!!!! highly recommend!!:))
Breakfast on a weekend was amazing; huge selection, great originality, wonderful taste.
Our waitress, Brittany, was Superior & So Friendly! Atmosphere is nifty, different than moat places. The bakery inside of SAP was just off the charts tasty & fresh & bountiful!

Had a lovely time at SAP, and Liz, our server, made the experience even better. She was super bubbly, gave us all the details we needed on the menu, and really knew her stuff. I love that everything here is made with locally sourced ingredients, and the restaurant partners with small businesses—such a nice touch!
I ordered the poblano pepper, and my friend went with the steak and eggs. Both were plated beautifully with large portions and tasted great, though a couple of dishes could’ve used a little more seasoning. But overall, the flavors were fresh and vibrant. I appreciated the healthier options too, like their kale, jalapeño, celery, apple, and pineapple juice. They also serve locally brewed coffee, and the berry smoothie bowl was a perfect light option. Plus, their Bakery is packed with options, so there’s something for everyone!
It’s definitely on the pricier side, but for the fresh, local ingredients and the community vibes, it’s worth it. Great spot for breakfast or dinner, especially if you're looking for a family-friendly atmosphere!

Great food that was really fresh! A good variety of items. The side salad I had came with a really good sweet/spicy dressing. I rated the atmosphere a little low because it was pretty noisy and chilly being seated near the door. Overall, it's really good food and beverages. We will return. The bakery selection looked amazing, but we did not get any this time.

Always good food, friendly, efficient staff. One of the best breakfast and brunch restaurants in the State of Wisconsin. The best in the Fox Cities area.

I haven't even eaten yet and I feel the need to leave a sparkling review because of our amazing waitress Liz. She was asked to repeat herself multiple times due to our large group and she was so patient. She also took extra care to speak clearly and take her time getting my 90 year old Grandfather's order. She has a bright Nd inviting personality and we are happy to be enjoying family time at SAP. Thank you.
