I ordered on ubereats for a scheduled delivery at 10 in the morning to be delivered at 530 pm. When the drivers went to pickup my order the store said they did not have the ingredients to make the pizza's but didn't cancel the order or reach out to anyone. That is just poor customer service . I could not recommend this place and I usually love sbarro.

I ordered two pizzas through DoorDash. I order here once or twice a year. Always great. But this time I got two pizzas that were barely cooked at all. It was disturbing. I had to try to salvage them in my oven. Nobody in their right mind would think it was OK to box and send those out. And looking over the reviews I'm not the only one getting bad orders through the online order apps. The people that work here need to leave if they don't like it instead of potentially making people sick. Never ordering here again. They don't even respond to reviews. Whoever franchises/owns this store doesn't care either, go figure.

I ordered from Uber and the staff sent me two slices of burnt pizza. I don’t know if they should be more ashamed for doing this, or the fact that their only job is to bake pizza and somehow they mess that up.

We went as a group on December 27th. At 3:15, I tried to order a whole pizza. The girl wasn't sure if I could and asked the guy who was making it. He came over and said they didn't have the ingredients, and it would be two more hours! Well, there was enough made pizza of what I was going to order, so I asked if he would be willing to sell us a whole pizza with what they had made already (the whole pizza price vs. By the slice). I really didn't think this was an unreasonable request, seeing they didn't have the ingredients to complete our order. Well, he said no :(. About a half hour later, we then saw someone else walking away with a whole pizza box. I'm not sure if they paid the per slice price or if they somehow got a full pizza :/ Well, for being a pizza place, we were definitely bummed they didn't have the ingredients for a cheese pizza. And then disappointed they wouldn't honor the whole pizza price when they had enough made :( .

The mall was busy and they ran out of food so had to wait for more to be prepped. The pizza and breadsticks got overcooked and are rock hard. There is zero flavor and the garlic sticks are just cooked bread. Very disappointed. This is not normal for this place.

The last 2 times I came to the mall and they’re “closed” during their open business hours. Horrible customer service. They let you wait there and don’t acknowledge you even though they know you’re there. Then when I try talking to them they then rudely say they’re closed for whatever reason. Not quite sure how you can keep a business open like that.

General manager I don’t know if his name is Felix was very arrogant and was so busy flirting with another employee that my food became cold I would not recommend . I would not recommend doing business with them at all until they get another general manager. Maybe consider getting employees that actually care about

A female worker named Sinclair was very rude. We had asked for some marinara sauce at the register for our breadsticks and she replied in a snappy tone, “we don’t have marinara, we have pizza sauce.” And then just sat there and stared at us….. oh and then never gave us the sauce it sat behind the cash register. We went back to grab it after walking away and she said “I was gonna give it to you”. She also told us that we were “supposed to ask for the sauce at the beginning of the line”. We just wanted some sauce to dip our breadsticks in man….maybe more training on customer service etiquette? I understand dealing with customers can be tough, but we were very kind to her.
