I pray that this restaurant from 2 decades ago makes a comeback in SE Wisconsin & beyond! Back in the day... Schlotzky's was Everything! Then came the 'yaddah-yaddah' sandwich chains with drive-thrus. The muffilatta breads are still as wonderful as we remember! Crispy edges, perfectly toasted centers. Just enough bottom & top bun to enhance the amazing meats, veggies & melted cheese toasted inside! Sure, these sandwiches are competitive pricey... but with Schlotzky's, you DO get what you pay for! How good are they, really?? We drove 2 HOURS to enjoy one! And their flatbreads & pizzas? Outstanding & flavorful. With soups, macs, & salads as well... there is something for everyone's taste! And hey! If Cinnabon is a dessert option within the menu, Schlotzky's must be doing something right!! Please give them a try if you're in the Fox Valley area of WI (Appleton, Oshkosh or Green Bay.) And try their hot sauce! OMG! So good! Let's bring Schlotzky's back to SE Wisconsin!

Came around 6:45ish on a Saturday night (they close at 8), they had already started closing duties as they called it. They were throwing chairs up on the tables as we were pulling up, the joint looked closed which we honestly thought it was. If it wasn’t for one table of guests eating we would have kept driving as they looked closed.
I ordered a sandwich and soup, they had to double check they even had soup as she mentioned they already started closing duties over an hour before they close (they did have the soup I ordered). The food tasted alright, the staff seemed annoyed that we were there (except the girl who took our order). Not a great experience for our first time.

Drove from Milwaukee to Appleton just to eat here. I wasn't disappointed. We used to have these places in Milwaukee, but they all vanished. Oh man do I love those sandwiches!

Ordered online, Doordash delivered wrong order to me. I called the store, they apologized, remade my order, and was delivered it to me right away. Fantastic Customer Service and my sandwiches were tasty!!! 👏

A tip shouldn't be required when I am standing at a counter to order take out. I often choose to tip anyway, but the credit card machine didn't give the option to not tip. Won't be going back here after that

Ordered a soda and a cinnamon roll. Guy behind me in line ordered a sandwich. He got and *finished* his sandwich before I was given my cinnamon roll. Which I watched in the case the entire time I waited. I had to get back in line to remind them I needed my food, which they knew because I didn't have to say a word, they saw me and asked the kitchen to get a cinnamon roll. Kitchen replied "no". Loved hearing that, already mad I had to wait 10 minutes for something that was already made. Just take a second to hand it to me. Won't be returning.

We live in Florida and came up for thanksgiving packers game. Called 2 weeks before to order for gameday. Steve calls back to apologize but they would be closed on thanksgiving and I understood that. However he called back 5 minutes later saying he’d come in and make the sandwiches for us. That was so kind of him . The sandwiches were great. We really enjoyed them and it truly enhanced our game day.
The first time we ordered and paid for 2 sandwiches and they forgot one. Today I came in to give it a second chance and they did the exact same thing.
The sandwich we did receive is a pile of slop.
The floors in the entrance are all chipped and filthy, no rug on the floor in the winter.
I want to like this place, I have fond memories of it being good, but it seems that things have gone down hill.
