I drove 2 hours to eat at this Schlotzky's and it was totally worth it! With most stores shutdown and this being only 1 of 2 locations in WI, I was so happy to find it! Great food, awesome service, lots of seating. Loved the vibe!

Never had a sandwich here before. The sandwich itself was delicious. The person I had to receive my sandwich from was super nice. The gal that I had to order from was the most unfriendly person. No smile, not welcoming in the slightest. I was afraid to ask any questions. I hope this person had a better day, but first experience was not the greatest.

We came in 35 minutes to close. Waited 10 minutes while young worker was doing something on at the register, no customer ahead of us. We placed our order and sat to eat. The entire time we ate the workers made it LOUD and clear how many minutes they had before it was time to close. Very obvious they wanted us out as soon as possible to close. We did leave about 10 minutes before close. Ive worked in the food industry and get it but w It's not like we came in 5 minutes before close ordered and sat to eat. Maybe if it didn't take 10 minutes to put our order in we wouldn't have cut it so close to closing time. Seems unprofessional.

I’ve loved this place since I was a teen, there’s nothing like a Schlotzsky’s sandwich. As much as I love this place their store and service seems to be going down hill. The store seems a little beat up/ needs thorough cleaning.
The staff… well they need a bit of a wake up call. I was not expecting to have someone in a tube top taking my order, let alone behind the desk working dressed like that. Although young and in their teens I would hope the managers here would have better standards.

We were soo excited to find a Schlotzsky's. We dont have them anywhere near us. But.... $16.00 for 2 small sandwiches is ridiculous. One barely had anything on it. They bread was stale and half of what it use to be. It was so thin it couldnt hold itself together. The dinning room was filthy. Restaurant supplies laying all over the place. If this is what this restaurant has become, no wonder they have closed their doors all over the place.

Schlotzkys was the restaurant that originally got me hooked on Reuben Sandwiches. The one in our town closed, so finding this one brought back memories. The mac and cheese is also amazing. Great place for sandwiches with a smaller setting and dining experience. Friendly staff with quick turnaround on getting your order.

No bacon in my #8 bbq bacon cheesey order chips expired let the cashier know and did nothing to correct it worst cinnamon rolls ever hard cold and squashed in the box overlapping each other. Fountain drinks taste funny .
