Absolutely appalled at the rudeness of the staff. The kid behind the counter was rude and arrogant while a young female staff member sat behind us as we ordered literally laughing at the rudeness of her coworker. After being a Schlotzsky Customer over 20 years I will not be returning to this poorly staffed location.

I’d call this place this the ‘Sketchy Schlotky’. Mr. Personality took our order. Talk about someone that didn’t want to be there. Obviously the same jerk from all the other bad reviews. Couldn’t figure out what the number 11 was. Kicked a box out of the way getting chips. Later yelled at one of the other staff for making a pizza wrong, turned out he put the order in wrong. And to top it off he gave another customer #24 and entered it as 42. Oh did I mention the place was dirty…

The guy taking orders and cash at the register was sloppy and rude. Asked what kind of chips we wanted, couldn't see them and no signs. Then acted annoyed. Sandwiches were good but service will keep us away next time. Should've known by the empty parking lot.

I’ve been going there for the past couple months now and it was only after a few times a couple members already had my order memorized and same with my name. never have a i thought i could actually feel comfortable eating out in a public environment but the folks and schlotskys definitely make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk into the door. amazing service from amazing people.

This was a very disappointing visit. My local one closed some years ago, so I was excited to stop during our pass through. Since when does the pizza have marinara? The pizza itself is lopsided and uneven. My husband opted to remove his Jalapeños because the were just all dead center and the chicken looks hardly cooked. A childhood favorite, and I won't be back.
