I love the coffee and the employees are always pleasant. However, there have been a few times now where my maple waffle breakfast sandwich has areas that taste like soap or a chemical was spilled on it.

The coffee was so weak, it would have been preferable if they had just handed me a cup full of hot water. My wife got a mocha and it was the exact same.

They were prompt, very nice, and my coffee drink was amazing! I’m not sure why anyone would go to the “competition”, which is consistently mediocre. Scooters is a hundred times better, and the customer service is exceptional.

I’ve been to this location twice. It’s nothing like the menasha location. My first visit I ordered the egg bites. The tomatoes and spinach were both brown and the egg bite itself tasted stale. Also no napkins were provided. My second visit I ordered everything bagel sandwich. The bagel was hard and poorly put together. The bagel itself had a missing piece and frankly was overcooked. Again no napkins provided. If you’re looking for great coffee, great service and great egg bites your best option is to visit the Menasha location. They are never a disappointment.
