Employee working the drive thru was beyond rude. Could tell they completely resented their job. And they got my order wrong. Simple order but still completely messed up. Honestly will not go back which is a shame this used to be a good place to eat

I have liked there food never a problem and today the GM went out of his way to personal remake my food & deliver it. I ordered first through Uber eats and first the Uber driver gave me an entirely wrong order from a whole different place. Then never came back with my order. So I called and explained what happen and the GM was shocked and then did what he did! I'm a very grateful customer truly best customer service 🙌

We got there and as we walked in noticed what looked like 2 homeless people in the corner that were oddly staring at us creeping us out which led us to sit on the opposite side of the restaurant as far away as possible . Every table was filthy with crumbs left all over it, the floors were terribly dirty, we had to wipe our own table and chairs off before we could sit. The guy at the counter was not friendly at all. No smile or greeting, when we asked questions about sauces he seemed annoyed we were talking. Like we were interrupting his day. Eye rolling, no smile, monotone. He definitely should not be at the counter. If the place was clean and your person taking orders and bringing out food was a little customer friendly maybe I’d be back but we won’t return. Had my child not been with me, I probably would have said something. Food wasn’t bad though.

My very first visit that was also my last . Placed my order via drive through and proceeded to wait nearly 20 minutes , with 5 cars in front of me. Never moved. Can't rate the food or service because I drove off. Should change the name to slow chicken. Went to Chick-fil-a instead , in and out in less than 8 minutes.

30 minute wait in drive thru. I finally get to the window and wait another 10 minutes. all the employees walk by and look at me for the window they don't even acknowledge that I'm there had people behind me drive off and I eventually drove off myself will not be back poor customer service.

Maybe the atmosphere isn’t that good (literally a guy sleeping in the corner of the restaurant at 9pm on a Friday) But the food is awesome and there service is great the last time I was in there this guy working named Anthony was the only worker but he took our order made our group laugh a little made the food quick and it was delicious. 10/10 food 10/10 worker 5/10 atmosphere (I’ve seen worse)
First time trying Slims! The counter person was friendly, making light banter. However, I did not get what I ordered, which was buffalo mac n cheese. I have no idea if it was ordered incorrectly, or the back of the house did not follow the order. Not the end of the world, as I planned on trying both regardless. The Mac n cheese is very creamy and delicious. Chicken was good, as well. Love the blues music piping through the dining area.

I used to really like the food here, but on my last visit I found multiple pieces of tin foil paper breaded into my chicken. So if that can fall into the fryer with no one noticing, who knows what else falls in there.
