so, what food I did get was good. However, I got back to my office and found out I had no Mac n Cheese. So I called, I was told they are out of it but no one told me. Now I wait for a partial refund, I tried to provide my order number but the dude hung up on me. Not a good experience.

I'm the kind of person when I go through a drive-thru I try to be respectful as I can. I asked the person who's taking my order hey how are you, how's your day? complete silence for like 15 seconds and then
he responded dude are you going to give me your order or not. then i asked him did you hear what I said to you? he responded and I quote yeah I really dont give a crap what you said just give me your order WHAT!!! the place was completely empty and I was the only car in the Drive-Thru. i was completely shocked I'll take my business somewhere else and left

My food was delivered, so hard to say where the fault lies in my later cold and soggy order. Had to use my air fryer for 10 mins to make things edible. Pickle chips were salty to the point of inedible. I get it,
Pickles are salty, but these were excessive. The breading on the tenders is so bad and the chicken has zero flavor. I’ve had better Tyson frozen tenders from the grocery store!

Cathy was very rude. We came through the drive through and she had us wait then to come on the speaker and rush us (first time here and didn’t know the menu). Then got mad at us for trying to order something that was still shown on their menu but was only a seasonal thing (how would we know that). Then wouldn’t respond to us. Then put us on hold while her mic was on to speak to others around her. So she comes back and we are ordering and she keeps interrupting us to end our order and we weren’t done.We finally get to the window to pay and get the food and she takes the money then gives us the food but basically throwing the food out the window to my friends lap. (Service was trash). Then we get the bag to check it and stuff was missing. I will not be coming back.

If I could give this place, no stars they wouldn’t have any. I went to the drive-through and I ordered 3 orders of okra literally 10 pieces for almost 6 dollars okra for six dollars And you only get 10 pieces in your order This is not the place to go if you want to fill up just go to McDonald’s and get the five dollar meal because I just paid six dollars for 10 pieces of okra. I told the guy he said I’ll fix this and close the window and said have a nice day. I went through the drive-through this place is diabolical I would never in my life waste my money again eating at places like this because it’s pointless. You’re most definitely still gonna be hungry and the food was not good. I waited in drive-through all that time for nothing I should have just crossed the street and went to Taco Bell or went to Quiktrip and grab me something way better and still save money because I ordered three orders of okra in the 2 crispy chicken sandwiches. The pickle on The chicken sandwich is good. That’s the only good thing. I can say the okra please don’t get it. It’s a waste. literally 10 pieces and each one and I ordered three orders I would never go again. Overall much better than other times we've been there. Freshness of the food was good. The chicken sandwich that we received the meat was a bit tough in areas. Other than that everything was pretty spot on.
