After a door dash debacle (for the second time!) Slims was super accommodating and helped us out with our order. We really appreciated the high level of customer service and kindness. Thank you to the amazing manager Kathy for all the help!

Way too long of a wait for no line. The food is sub-par, overly salted & with even less care in putting it together. This was our second attempt at this location, first time they forgot to put the chicken on a chicken sandwich, & last.

Food was ok wait was long and I was barley talked to or acknowledged at all after I placed my order. Started to eat my cheesecake dessert and found this. When I called the store to ask about it the employee never mentioned if he was a manager or not and just said in a monotone voice "sorry not sure how that happened." Didn't seem to care that if someone wasn't paying attention they could have choked on this. Chicken was also soggy like it had been sitting out for a while. I spent over $40 on this order and was super disappointed definitely not worth the money.

First time and enjoyed it. We ate inside, there was a bit of a wait to order but then everything was smooth and service was good. Chicken and sauces are 5/5, fries 5/5, Mac n Chee is 3/5, toast 5/5, drinks are 5/5.
I wanted to like the fried pickles but they were so salty I could not eat them. The chicken tenders were good, definitely not as salty as the pickles!

Wow…. So incredibly slow. I’ve been standing here waiting for my to go food for 30 minutes. Definitely not worth the wait. The fries and the bread clearly sat out waiting for the chicken to be done. So bad, go anywhere else.

Food tastes great, but the last couple times my meal was incorrect. This time, I ordered a classic meal (4 tenders), and got basically 2.5 chicken tenders instead of four. I say 2.5 because one of the tenders is half the size of the other two. I love slim chickens, just sucks that it’s a 50/50 chance that my order will be what I expect.
The drive-through service was mediocre. Lady(manager?)inside was very gruff. Fries were cold and soggy. Sandwiches were good. Chicken strip were pretty good. First time trying out this place. It will probably be a while before we return, if we do.

We spent over 30 minutes in the drive thru for 2 sandwiches, fried pickles, and a small shake. The parking lot was not full and neither was the driver thru when we arrived.
