Loose lid on order I was delivering, as you will see half a drink soaked through the bag onto my seat. I was very cordial requesting new drinks when I got back to Starbucks, nobody said sorry or showed any empathy whatsoever. The sides of the bags are completely dry and the bottom is soaked so as you can see it wasn’t like the drinks were on their sides or anything.

Not too happy with my experience this morning. I mobile ordered one grande iced chai and when I received it in the drive thru it was severely overfilled and made a mess in my car and on my clothes. Last time i checked the drink is supposed to go on the INSIDE of the cup :)The drink itself tasted good, but it’s hard to mess up an iced chai when the only two ingredients are chai and milk.

Worst customer service ever. I have been to this location multiple times thinking it will be better next time but this was the last straw .Every time they are extremely rude specifically in the evening time and my drinks are always wrong. I literally pay for substitute milk or syrup but I get 2% milk all the time and not enough additional syrup or modification of the drink if ordered in the app or drive thru. They are extremely rude in the drive thru and are ready to teach you that you are wrong and to stop wasting their time. Customers needs are never put first it is always how convenient it is for them. NEVER COMING BACK.

To tell the truth, I think that the Starbucks company has changed a lot in its original flavor, I remember that before, I ordered a trenta iced coffee zise, and I could drink like three a day, but now, the flavor is terrible, the sweeteners taste horrible, I can not even swallow it, I still go to Starbucks from time to time longing for how delicious it was before, but when I take the first drink? I end up throwing it away because it's not the same anymore. how sad.

Delicious drinks as expected. Past couple of times I went through drive thru the workers were quite rude. I told them at the drive through that I was using my app for whatever coupon or promotion I had those times. They seemed to understand but when I reached the pick-up window they were confused and told me that next time I had to tell them that I was going to use something off my app. Happening once or twice I can handle but it’s the third time where they have said the exact same thing. I have worked customer service multiple times and I have always been told that you should never tell the customer what to do or that they did something wrong. Even if they are wrong you have to go with “the customer is always right”. Calm and clean atmosphere in the inside so I would suggest to order inside or order on the app to pick up in the store. I tried picking up my order through the drive thru window and I guess when the app tells you that it is done it’s not actually done. People at the window didn’t appreciate me picking up my pick-up at the drive thru. Even though it’s an option. Anyway either go inside or go to a different Starbucks if you don’t want people to be rude towards you.

The Starbucks is facing a strange direction, but it's ok because I found the entry. They had good but strange Christmas music playing so my waiting experience actually wasn't horrible.
