The best Starbucks in the Valley for sure! Always friendly and welcoming. Huge shout out to the barista who was working this afternoon and after making the wrong drink on a mobile order, remade it and let me keep both. And ALSO gave me a cake pop! And then only to spill my Latte that was just made all over, remade it again, and was so nice and understanding about it!!đ€Łđđ»đ

First time experiencing this issue @ this specific location. Ordered a mobile drink with peach juice & vanilla cold foam⊠didnât get the cold foam, I kindly asked and it wasnât a huge issue but they must of forgot & they kindly put it in my drink, but after a few sips, no peach juice was added at all in the first place. Didnât want to go back & mention the messed up order⊠I had work. But please whoever is on mobile orders, look carefully for the detailed orders for future references. Hoping this doesnât happen again.

I have to say that I am disappointed in the service at this location. My 2 visits to this location were very discouraging. The staff needs a lesson on professionalism, manners and service. No complaints about my purchase just the staff. There is a lack of appreciation and respect. Not sure if I'll be back.

Good food and drinks, all the employees are very nice and good at their jobs. My one complaint is that the screen in the drive thru line displays a video of the employee inside while they are taking your order, and I think it is weird. Itâs awkward feeling like Im on facetime with the barista.
