When ordering at the drive thru, I was ordering more than two ice waters and the lady cut me off and her customer service was unacceptable. The staff here are usually very nice and welcoming, was disappointed

we just went through the drive through and thought they were still open but they weren’t. (all the workers had their headsets on) from being a partner a few years ago i do know as soon as you put up to the speaker in the drive through they will know you’re there and can hear everything. we were saying hello and asking if they were open and no response. rude. we even ended up pulling up to the window and sat there for 5 minutes because we just wanted them to at least have the decency to tell us they are closed. but instead they stared at us and laughed. i hope the closers on 8/20/2025 will get talked to because this is not good employees. we ended up pulling back around to the speaker and saying they we know they can hear us and to at least be nice and tell us they are closed next time.
Absolutely impressed. I ordered a carmel ribbon crunch cream for the first time in a while. Last time it tasted off so I stopped getting them for a while and today they have been redeemed! I'm not sure who made my drink. I know it was a younger lady with blonde hair and she was just the sweetest. She even wrote a note on the cup that said yummy. 10/10 experience. That drink was so good that girl needs a raise.

The banter from the man at the window really made the wait seem fast once we got to the window. But also made it replicant why the wait upwards seemed long.
The really skimped out in the crunchies on my caramel ribbon crunch. Not cool dude.

Our drinks were not made very well today.I don't think those people cared about their job today.I ordered a strawberry asyluminate refresher.Blended, it should be blended with extra eyes.And not be liquid when I get it.It should have been a frozen drink

Was just told that since I chose to walk to the establishment, I would have to wait over 30 mins for one drink because their mobile orders take priority over physical people being present. However, if I went through the drive thru it would only be 5 mins. What sense does that make? There was only one other customers inside, so maybe I should have known that it wasn’t a welcoming place. We have come here dozens of times when we are in the area and never once used the drive thru, but apparently that’s not realistic anymore.

I've been to this store 3 times and the truth is they treat us badly, I don't know if it's because I'm Latina but this time they treated us badly again, the woman makes funny faces at us.
