They’re so sweet here. Definitely know how to turn a day around even when I was unobservant and sent my Starbucks order to the wrong location. The sweet barista was so nice and made my drinks anyways for me. It was so appreciated and turned my agitation over a minor mistake (one of those days!) right around.

The way that they prioritize drive through over inside is incredibly frustrating. Especially when you mobile order 10 minutes before and still have to wait an even longer time inside. Just seems like a bad way to manage the flow of things. Bad experience today

Holy moly.... worst Starbucks ever. No joke, it took us approximately 30 minutes to get our 2 drinks from time of placing the order. What a joke, that is just purely absurd.
Not to mention the parking lot is impossible to navigate because the drive through is backed up around the building into the street. We will never come back to this location again.

I got a hot chocolate and ordered it dairy free but it still tastes like the regular milk and I got sick from it bc I can’t have dairy and when I told Ruth about it she didn’t care or fix the problem I gave it a second chance and came to offers again but still disappointed this Starbucks always messed up my drinks my refreshers always taste bad and my drink are never filled up expecially my hot ones and pang and other Asian with long hair was also extremely rude to my sister on multiple occasions I’m very disappointed I don’t reccomed coming here they don’t care about their customers go to the one on college ave they actually care about their customers and are friendlier

Was told it would take 15 minutes to make my drink. After 30 minutes of waiting and seeing other people who ordered after me get their drinks, I asked where mine was and was told, "I'm sorry, someone must've taken it." Wasn't offered anything free or a coupon for later. Service sucked.

Note to workers, if you have a coffee that takes a bit like a London fog tea don’t make the food so early that it sits for 5 minutes and gets cold.

Let me first off say the employees work hard. They work their tushes off. They work as fast as the kitchen staff on The Bear. So my issues are primarily directed at how corporate has chosen to run their stores in recent years. I ordered inside and waited over 20 minutes for one drink and a croissant. Meanwhile, one car after another went through the drive-thru and no, they didn't all place their orders ahead of time on the app. There were only two other customers in the store. There were four employees working non-stop and there could have been double that to handle all of the app and drive-thru orders along with the infrequent customers at the counter. I realize you (corporate) want to make as much $ as you can, but the face to face customer should be prioritized.

Well thanks to the Starbucks inside Albertsons in Burleson Tx! Hahaha I worked there and am so grateful to my employer and the two ladies that made me feel human... rocked it. I do miss the customers... Such good ones. God bless them!
