First time ive been in this store since the remodel. No bathrooms and a huge progressive gay flag hanging on the wall. Im gay. I dont need to see this crap in store as if we need to be pamperd. Remove it. You're a coffee store. Stick with making coffee.

I am not a normal customer. I walked in to order something and there are no menus to look at. I was told to go look online to see what to order. What a pain that was. So if you do not know what you want already definitely do not come here. They couldn't even offer a paper menu. Now the drink was made well and the staff was friendly outside of not being able to help a new customer. Will not be coming back to this location u less they post a menu.

i actually wanted coffee not just milk :((( couldn’t taste any coffee at all. should’ve went back and asked them to remake it but was already so disappointed. ended up taking a few sips & just dumped it. it was supposed to be a splash of oat and a splash of half n half, when i looked in from dt nearly half the cup was milk, i assumed it was someone else’s but it was mine ☹️ last time spending money on starbucks ever.

I just wanted to say thank you to the staff that took care of me 5/2/25. I placed an order online and probably went to pick it up at the wrong location but couldn't figure out where the order went when I was there so the staff was kind enough to make what I ordered at their location. There was no menu, restroom, or tables. The service was terrible. The blonde worker with the Taylor’s version tattoo was short and rude when we asked a question. So unwelcoming!

Left a review on another platform. But saw another recent negative review for the same reason inaccessible restroom at a coffee shop shop. With tables. Also the wait staff at the time 11/24 was terrible about it. Go to the one inside target instead this one is a joke.
