My little one wanted to spend her money today at Starbucks. She was very disappointed, since they were out of everything so she couldn’t get what she wanted. The least they could have done was write on the cup to make the items that were out was a little better experience for her.

I always order from this Starbucks but honestly today got all 3 of my drinks wrong, added extra stuff to my drinks but only came with 2 pieces of dragon fruit. Coffee is usually good but today both were just wrong and not what I paid for.

Easily the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Consistently slow with orders or just completely forget to make your order until you ask them. I’ve waited up to 35 minutes for a cold brew, makes no sense. On top of that, the drinks sometimes aren’t even made correctly.

Why would you have Door Dash available during Mile Of Music at the downtown location? 20 people waiting 25 min. For coffee because you prioritize Door Dash first. Advertise Mile of Music specials to drum up business. Get with the community support.
