Food was very nice. My wife has the fish & chips which was top knotch. Pork chop was very good as well. Hostess Kassandra immediately made us welcome and our server Nick was very helpful helping us make menu selections. Will definitely be back!

Sone Arch has great beer, easily one of the top 5 breweries in the Fox Valley. I've explored the majority of the menu as I used to go here weekly for their specials and mug club. I've eaten SO MANY of their fries, probably too many. Heck, they even catered my wedding. But a lot has changed in the past few years, including a new (worse) french fry recipe. The quality isn't what it used to be. It's still a decent restaurant, but I don't recommend it to others like I used to. I fear they lost most of their seasoned employees during the pandemic and just haven't recovered.

I held a baby shower in the Malt Room which is a very nice venue. Working with Beki the Event Manager, Hallie the Assistant Event Manager, and Hannah our attendant, all were wonderful!!! From the beginning when I booked my event to the day of, I was impressed with the customer service, very accommodating & responsive. Our food was all good and fresh. I would highly recommend!!!

Got seated 7/10/25 at 7:20pm. Only 2 other tables. 1 was finishing up. Proceed to sit for 10 min with everyone looking at us but no one even taking a drink order. Watch 3 other tables get seated. Proceed to watch wait staff come out to serve one of the tables. Walked out with no service. This is the 2nd time I had a bad experience at this establishment. Lesson learned my money isn't good here.

They have some fantastic beer options, but their food is excellent. I’ve been blown away with the few entrees I’ve had. The Fried pickles are also goated.

Just came in for Mother’s Day and we sat on the patio. Signs said there would be no service outside, so we’d have to go inside and order food/drinks. Totally fine, although last Mother’s Day there were waitresses outside. Service downstairs was extremely long for not being busy (20 min to just place order/drinks). Everyone’s food from a party of 5 was lackluster (one was sent back), my entree was forgotten altogether and they only included two pairs of silverware (no napkins) for the entire table in to go style. When we finished and left, my friend and her husband were yelled at by a worker to clear our table when we watched every other party have their table cleared. Horrible service, food was not up to par and my usual favorite spot is tarnished. Not to mention they offered 1 free beer for moms and I didn’t receive that. Everything above was mentioned to the hostess with zero initiative to fix anything and she asked if the person who yelled at my friend even worked there. Wished we would’ve chosen a better spot for Mother’s Day because this was bottom of the barrel.
