Just came in for Mother’s Day and we sat on the patio. Signs said there would be no service outside, so we’d have to go inside and order food/drinks. Totally fine, although last Mother’s Day there were waitresses outside. Service downstairs was extremely long for not being busy (20 min to just place order/drinks). Everyone’s food from a party of 5 was lackluster (one was sent back), my entree was forgotten altogether and they only included two pairs of silverware (no napkins) for the entire table in to go style. When we finished and left, my friend and her husband were yelled at by a worker to clear our table when we watched every other party have their table cleared. Horrible service, food was not up to par and my usual favorite spot is tarnished. Not to mention they offered 1 free beer for moms and I didn’t receive that. Everything above was mentioned to the hostess with zero initiative to fix anything and she asked if the person who yelled at my friend even worked there. Wished we would’ve chosen a better spot for Mother’s Day because this was bottom of the barrel.

Waited for 15 minutes. Nobody came over to get a drink order or even say I will be with you soon. We left. We must have been invisible!!! Other times we liked the food and had good service. It wasn’t even busy!!

Is StoneArch under new ownership? Been there several times and thought we’d take our out of state relatives there for a nice meal. We arrived for a 6:30 pm reservation. Ordered drinks and hor deurves. Received the hor deurves and then the drinks came later. ??‍♀️ There were 6 of us. Two of us tried to order the vegetarian pasta and were told they were out of it. Two tried to order the salmon and were told the same thing. One tried to order the venison burger and waiter said he didn’t think they had that either. I mentioned that it was a new menu and the waiter said it was the owner’s fault. This waiter did not know me or if I was a friend of the owner so it was very bold of him to say something bad to a stranger.
Our food came and I had ordered vegetarian pizza, no mushrooms. There were mushrooms on my pizza. He took it back and eventually brought me another pizza. This one was a sausage and pepperoni pizza, not a vegetarian pizza. Finally after everyone else was done eating, the correct pizza came out. The waiter did comp my pizza and comped a beer my husband ordered. I should also mention that my pizza was still missing green olives but I didn’t say anything about that. It will be a very long time before we ever go back there.

Went there tonight for the first time and had the Bavarian pretzel for an appetizer. My friend and I both enjoyed it especially with the beer cheese. I ordered the vegetarian pasta to try something a little different and my friend ordered the fish and chips. He liked his meal however mine wasn’t what I expected. The first ravioli I tried was lukewarm, almost cold, but the rest were warmer, however the ravioli were definitely undercooked and not very soft. I was also disappointed on the portion size - i believe it was only five ravioli with some small pieces of carrots and butternut squash in the dish. I definitely felt like I could have eaten more and wished they had given a few more ravioli. Also our server was friendly but not very present. My friend could have had another drink or two if she had come around to ask but she seemed to disappear in the back a lot and after our food was delivered, she never returned to our table to ask if anything else was needed or refill drinks. She only returned when it was time to clear the plates and get the bill.

Drinks and appetizers were good. Loved our scotch egg and pretzel. That mustard is to die for. I had schnitzel that was ok. My partner had Shepard pie that tasted like something in it had been burned, so that burned smoky flavor was all there was.

We had good food, but waited a long time for drinks, food, etc. Some of the service was begrudgingly offered (some items were slammed onto the table or not offered without grabbing them). I liked the food, but remember it being better. Not the place I remember and feels like it’s in decline.
