“Typically frequent this Subway vs another not too far away for several reasons: 1) The staff is always friendly and personable 2) Never been disappointed with my sandwich/order. 3) At checkout, they always let me know if I have a reward on my Subway card. Most places won't; you have to ask. 4) The are very conscious about masks, social distancing and cleanliness. This is quite different from another Subway in the area which didn't enforce masks (including their staff) plus I saw an associate at that shop come in for her shift and never wash her hands. 5) They take pride in their shop as evidenced by the remodeling they did late last year. it made a world of difference and really brightened up the place.“

We went to the Bonduel subway, got denied service(for the 4th time, and lied to on how some were made).
Drove to Appleton(On Sunday lunch), guy was willing to extra load our sandwiches just to make up for the bad experience prior. He was super helpful, explanatory, and kind!“
“Got 12 " to share w/ the wife. When I asked her how it was, She asked what I ordered. I aid "all Meats." She looked and there were NO MEATS!!! Complained to the staff, the manager and no results . TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO Not Patronize them~~~~

“We haven’t been to Subway in YEARS!! Today my youngest clipped coupons out of the book that came in the mail. (We rarely EVER use coupons lol she said she was just bored?) Well when we looked at them, and saw one that said 3 footlong subs for $19.99…we thought that was a pretty great deal for our family of 4!!( the girls split one foot long). ANYWAYS… there was only one young man working by himself! Let me tell you that he is REALLY great with people! He remains calm, he is very thorough when asking how we want our subs prepared, makes suggestions, doesn’t just quickly rush making your subs… he took the time to make each sub with care and picture perfect looking too! ( I regret not getting a picture of them!!) He also acknowledges and engages with the other customers who are waiting in line letting them know he will be with them shortly etc. Taking time to really give individual attention to each customer and not just whip through the process to get people out the door! From the moment he greeted us to the moment of check out( wrapping, labeling, and bagging up the subs, pretzel, cookies and chips) everything he did was done with such expertise! Oh and that Pretzel was really good too!!! He then explained to me how to scan the QR code to become a MVP Rewards Member(which I did once I got home :) ) I am sooo glad that our first time back to subway in years ended up being SUCH a pleasant experience all around! Amazing Food, Amazing Service, and a Calm and Inviting Atmosphere with the employee’s chill and warm vibe!! I left a 20% tip on my debit card but that wasn’t good enough because I know the employees don’t get much of the tips off of cards… so I went to the gas station next door quick to by something just to get some cash back…BUT they did not offer cash back on cards :( so I then used the ATM which charges $2 just to pull off a $20 bill!! I walked it back over to him and he was shocked and beyond grateful for my tip! I told him he deserves it because he really is awesome and does such a great job! He thanked me so much! For the record this was (Store #21754-0 the subway on south Oneida st Appleton, WI Inside the Fox Convenience gas station!) This rock star employee’s Name is Quinton! I hope his boss sees my review and gives him a lil raise and Kudos!!!
Kid-friendliness: Kid meal options And also convenient to have kids split a footlong sub and they can pick their own toppings for their 6inch section! They also wrapped the 6inch halves separately and labeled them for us too!!
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking right by the entrance! Also the counter is lower than most counters I noticed!“
“I’m consistently amazed by the positive customer service at this location. I realize it’s not easy to service hungry mall customers all day, but this location does so with price, friendliness, and efficiency. Kudos to them. The young man, whose name escapes me, even struck up a conversation with me while serving his line. This location does a great job!“
“The store was completely void of people. As with most of the subways, that I have been to, they are always pushing you with questions on what you want. When you haven't been in a store for a while, it takes time to review the rather large menu boards up behind the counter, as they have changed their appearance and corporate must have had some idea what they were going for, with all the colors and sizes of letters, and I just makes it harder to find and identify what you want or might like to try. I much prefer the KISS principle. That's why I usually go to Jimmy John's, you give them a number and you can get the heck out of there.“
“Weary travelers. Listen here. These two gentlemen made me the most fire sub I have ever had in my LIFE. It’s a full moon. Everything is weird (let’s be real, it is). These dudes probably catch bad attitude all day, yet they greeted me with a smile, and genuinely just wanted to see someone smile. They were inclusive and welcomed everyone who came in with genuine hospitality. Bravo. Seriously tho. Dang good sandwich.“
“update: 24hrs after the fact. Money was refunded after I had to track down the manager. But I got my full refund back and that’s what matters. Manager at the Walmart location on kk was very polite and understanding. Also the employee kaylee (I believe her name was) at the center kk mall was very polite and professional despite not having a manager on the premises. Those 2 people are the reason I change my review from one star to fourUsed the app. Said the order couldn’t be completed, then I look in my bank account, what ya know, I’ve been charged for 3 foot long subs.Got charged on the app for my food. App doesn’t even say I was charged. Never received any notifications or emails for it. I’m highly disappointed, almost $40 spent and nothing to show for it. Thanks for letting me down once again subway. If there’s one thing your company’s good at doing, it’s being a disappointment, not making sandwiches. But at least your company’s consistent in that manner huh.“
“The Subway was very clean and the service was very fast. I ordered the Frito Chicken Enchilada Sub and it was delicious. I would recommend this sub and rate it a 10/10. When I was ordering I was unsure of what to put on it and the worker named Avery had great suggestions. He seemed to really know what he was talking about. GREAT customer service.“
