Went to stop for a gift card and it said they were open until 7. We pulled up before 6:45 and the place was completely shut down. Girl quickly ran and locked the doors on us. Very unprofessional.

Bit into my sandwich and it tasted weird. Went to look and the turkey had black spots on in it that smelled spoiled. Tried to call the store 3 times and they didn’t pick up bummed normally this location is good.

The Saturday morning worker on 10/28/24 was super rude and extremely unprofessional! I was the first customer in the store at 9:00 am. She stood across the counter from me and did not make eye contact or say anything for several minutes. She just stared down at the bread dough she was prepping with a scowl on her face, I had to ask her if they were open for business due to the awkwardness of the situation when she responded with a snotty one word answer “yes”, after several moments longer of zero eye contact she proceeded to take the order and then slapped the sandwich together in the sloppiest manor I’ve ever witnessed.

employees were overly loud while my friends and i were trying to chat. dried out moldy, denigrated bread on display. took forever to notice i was there. unprofessional and dirty.

Are you kidding me? A Mellon baller to scoop on the tuna for my footling sub? Subway should seriously be ashamed of themselves. I used to be a huge fan until the last few years when they have eliminated ingredients and reduced portions to a mere minimum. The guy couldn't even spread the four mellon ball scoops over my footlong to give me enough of a taste. I had to say something about it and then he gave me a little more. Is that what it takes Subway? Come on! You already raised prices to almost double!

Unappealing and run-down. Almost looks abandoned. Sorry, but this site is really pretty grim. Subway can, and often does much better. Can't imagine ever going back to this location.
I go out of my way to hit this location because the one close to my house isn't great. We quit eating subway YEARS ago but the new Series menu has some good sandos on it.

The food was good,service very good...the building is older..and needs updating..walls and flooring..As we ate inside...it's kind of dingy. Otherwise, it was all good..thankyou staff!

Rude, unprofessional manager.Been going here for 10+ years, but was disappointed with a recent experience.I was parched, so I asked for my drink first. The manager was the one serving me; you can tell which one she is because she looks like Mimi from the Drew Carey show.Anyway, she denied my request, telling me I could wait, so she could charge me "the RIGHT way," and continued to put her gloves on. I was the only one in the store, and I was completely okay with paying for it first. She was simply too lazy to do two transactions.While ordering, I needed to repeat myself requesting TWO different ingredients, both of which I gave while she was adding the last ingredient. She said she couldn't hear me. So, I spoke a bit more loudly, maybe 2dB or so. She told me that I didn't need to speak louder, and if I was going to be rude, she would throw out my sandwich and I could go somewhere else. I happily complied.This tells me that I wasn't being quiet; she just had no short-term memory. I will not speculate as to why... but she could have just asked me to order one ingredient at a time instead of being rude, while forcing me to wait for a darn drink.She told me not to come back to her store, and let's just say she didn't have to tell ME twice.I suggest you do the same.
