I would give 0 stars if I could. I have used the app multiple times to have my orders delivered, ready to be picked up when I got there, or simply just for the points. I have never had an issue until this last time. My whole order was messed up, they didn’t give me half of my items and when I called for a refund or to pick up the items later as I was at work they told me no. The lady on the phone was very rude and disrespectful, there was a point she said “okay and? There’s nothing I can do for you I’ve said that” in a very snotty tone. Absolutely ridiculous subway. I will probably never be back to a subway after this experience.

I ordered a 6 in sub and received one that was noticeably smaller than that. I reviewed them and received a hope-you-will-eat-with-us-again message back. No mention of the fact I didn't receive what I ordered. Not a location I will return to.

Customer service is non existent. They would not replace a sandwich that was made incorrectly for a person who asked for no dairy. When the sandwich was brought back to the restaurant, they adamantly told us that they would not re.ake the sandwich because it was made correctly. We found d a corner piece of the triangle of American cheese in the sandwich. The rest of the sandwich did not have cheese. The tomatoes were gross and covered with parmesan cheese. This was around 6:30 pm, and we were the only customers in the place. A blonde haired e.ployee was rude to us when we brought the issue to her attention. No replace ment was given. We spent $66 on 3 sandwiches with sides 2 drinks and a desert plus tip undeserved. Never again. Subway...you have really gone down hill and don't care about customers welfare. The sandwich was contaminated with dairy for a person who cannot tolerate dairy. Next step may be a lawsuit. The blonde attendant should be dismissed of her duties at the very least at the Darboy Kk location in Wisconsin.

first off it didn’t look appealing after going down the line, customer service was terrible. girl had an airpods in and she kept repeating “what” after everything i said like if she couldn’t take out her airpod and continued to be negative and have an attitude towards me. Terrible service.

Food was 10/10, customer service was non-existent. Went in a bit before close, two females and a male were working, none of which could acknowledge we came into the store until we stood there looking at them long enough. The whole experience felt like we had extremely inconvenienced them, it seemed like all of their dogs died this day. After we paid nothing was said so I go "thank you very much have a good night" and got no response. Probably won't go back to this location unless it's in a pinch. Was literally the twilight zone. For reference this was 11/29

Ordered through the app and they put the wrong things on the sub, added dressing when not requested and didn’t toast a sub. Complete incompetence.

Ordered through the subway app for pickup. Our order was a mess! I did NOT request half the things they put on my sub. My brother's order had way too much sauce and overkill on tomatoes. My SIL ordered a grilled chicken wrap and apparently they were completely out of wraps so she got wheat bread instead. She does not like seafood but her sandwich tasted like Tuna. They did not fill any of our drinks and shorten us a cup. They also did not give us all the chips for our meals. This place has no customer service, literally doesn't even get greet people.

update: 24hrs after the fact. Money was refunded after I had to track down the manager. But I got my full refund back and that’s what matters. Manager at the Walmart location on kk was very polite and understanding. Also the employee kaylee (I believe her name was) at the center kk mall was very polite and professional despite not having a manager on the premises. Those 2 people are the reason I change my review from one star to fourUsed the app. Said the order couldn’t be completed, then I look in my bank account, what ya know, I’ve been charged for 3 foot long subs.Got charged on the app for my food. App doesn’t even say I was charged. Never received any notifications or emails for it. I’m highly disappointed, almost $40 spent and nothing to show for it. Thanks for letting me down once again subway. If there’s one thing your company’s good at doing, it’s being a disappointment, not making sandwiches. But at least your company’s consistent in that manner huh.
