Asked for a spicy Italian, was charged for a hotshot Italiano, the pizza sub had only a small amount of marinara on one side and wasn't toasted which was requested. Very disappointed considering there wasn't anyone behind us in line.

Three teenage boys were running the store and there was no manager around. I was the only person in the drive through, yet it took them over 10 minutes to make my 2 subs. The entire time I was waiting the 3 of them took turns coming up to the window and asking the same question to me over and over and continued to laugh in my face about it. I was already unsure about this restaurant but now I will definitely not be returning.

The worker by the name “Ann” passed by other people and didn’t say anything to them, but she came past my table and told me and 3 others not to make a mess. We didn’t’ even order food and had nothing to make a mess with, just a small bag of candy. It just so happened that myself, and the others are colored. Me, and the people surrounding me do NOT. appreciate this racist behavior.

Very nice lady working there during lunch. She can warm one hell of a bacon strip for my tuna on white.
Two employees there, but only one was working. The other one went on break once a few people got in line.Waited 20 minutes for two people to get their order in. Decided I couldn’t wait another 20 minutes to get my sub so I left.I can’t recommend this place if you have less than 30 minutes to get your sandwich

Don't waste your money!!I order through drive through during my lunch break. Crew member: AnneMy order: steak and cheese on italian herbs and cheese with pepperjack cheeseCucumber, tomato, bell pepper, lettuce, southwest sauceWhat I received: steak and cheese on italian herbs and cheese no cheeseLettuce, pickles, bell pepper, and mayoI called there to speak to a manager and Anne refused to let me speak to one, she said she will leave a message for me. After I told her what happened she said she was the one who took my order and she will make me a new sandwich, and I told her I will not have time until later because I went there on my lunch break. She told me had a long line of customers waiting for her and she had no time to deal with me, proceeded to call me by the wrong name and hung up on me. I tried calling back and she hung on me then disconnected the line.After work, I stopped by and was greeted by the manager and returned my order for a refund.I will say, the service overall is the worse and the quality is declining.Subway is just not what it use to be anymore. I can see why other sub franchises are taking over. I'll be ordering from Jimmy John's instead from now on.

EVERY time I order for a delivery Subway literally NEVER gets my order right, missing subs missing sodas and wrong cookies were sent and the last time my sons drink bottle was already opened, seal was broke. What's wrong with you people that work at Subway? This isn't complicated you get an order make it that way and send it on its way, get it together!!!!! If I used a coupon for buy 2 get one free sub give me the 3rd GRRRRRR and who literally keeps forgetting the drinks or opening them and macadamia nut is totally different than white chocolate raspberry come on folks they are frozen cookies that all you do is warm in an oven this is not rocket science

There is an older woman there, I want to say a majority of the time. She does AMAZING. She makes my sub perfect every time. I solely go to this store for her. I did give it only 4 stars, because when I pick up from here and she isn’t working - my order is almost always wrong. ??? this lady deserves a raise.
