Came here after a long day and the person at the counter, Jackie, was SUPER sweet and funny! She was super attentive to everyone who was in the store and is a really hard worker. Get this person a raise! She’s awesome!

My goodness, I've never seen someone work so fast and still get things right! Sandwich artist was working alone during the lunch hour; people in line, someone with a huge order, plus called-in orders. She was just amazing. 10/25 11:35 a.m.

I stopped by on 10-18 for a sub, went back 10-19 for a second one of the chicken/avocado off the 'healthy' menu (that's delicious!). Both times were between 3-5 pm. The same young lady was there both times, very pleasant, and everything was perfect. Looking at other comments, I hope you are taking seriously the busiest times and staff more than 1 person. To only have 1 person at those times is terribly unfair to that person since they will be taking in the negativity of angry customers. If I was in line, I would never wait 20 minutes, I would have walked out and never returned. That's a good way to lose customers, and good employees, like the one I had the pleasure of dealing with 😊

Stood in line for 20+ minutes Watching the single employee make online orders. People were waiting in the lobby and ordering online and getting food. Nobody that was in line was getting their order taken. This is dissapointing as this is the second or third time this has happened.

Just got my doordash order from this location, and the tuna sandwich & 12" cookie were decent, but the other items? Not so much. The steak & cheese was absolutely awful. Hardly any meat at all, & what tiny bit was there was dry & tasteless. I thought meat was forgotten initially as there were only a few tiny shreds mixed with the cheese. Veggies were super sparce. The whole sandwich looked like a plain otalian roll. No evidence of anything inside until opening it & poking through the little that was there. The sandwich was the dinkiest I've ever had from a Subway in 40 years. Pathetic looking & tasting (I threw most of it away). The other 2 items were both supposed to include CHEESE DIPPING SAUCE, but came with nothing. What toddler wants a dry pretzel with nothing to dip it in as part of their lunch? The cheese dipper also came without the ordered sauce. Needless to say, I'll NEVER order from this location again. GROSS.

Showed they were open until 8 maybe 9 got there at 610 pm was told we’re closed on a Saturday evening. I stop here probably 5-6 times a month because I can get a semi in there to grab and sandwich and go . That will no longer happen
