Usually I have great experiences at this location. But this was a whole different experience. Not sure why one of the employees had a baby doll with them the entire time but it was absolutely ridiculous. What would take me five minutes at another location took me 15-20 here simply because that employee took forever ringing people out.

The women working tonight was very kind and fast, but the man working the cash register had a school maniquin baby crying every 30 seconds and we were in a rush to be somewhere extremely important. It took a total of 20 minutes to check out at the register for 3 people, because of the fake baby that shouldn’t even be in there.I recommend not attending the subway when this man is working.

Everytime I come they have fresh delicious cookies! I love the coupons I get in the mail! The staff is very nice always and super quick!

Bread was still doughy, I was not given what I asked for, likely because they employee was wearing an ear bud. Pretty disappointing.

The manager (dude with the orange name tag on his hat) is always extremely rude. He lets out a big sigh whenever he sees me and he even said to me “ it better be something small this time”. I’m giving 2 stars because there’s 2 employees there that are kind and quick, otherwise Id be giving this place one star. And he makes sure to take extra long to make my food. If you ask me, he needs an extra long foot up his @ $ $

One footlong pizza sub was $18. I know inflation has driven prices up but wow. And the pizza sub was below standards. I know the mall is busy but produce products with value instead of ripping everyone off.

Staff are plain rude. And all their “tools” and kitchenware is disgustingly dirty. Do not eat here unless u want to get multiple diseases.Note to the staff: You get paid to do your job. So slap a smile on your face and act like you enjoy it.

My husband got my kids a pizza sub and guy was making it made mistake he did not have sauce and put the wrong kind of cheese on it and then try to scrape it off we had to pay full price for a sub that was not made right if I could I would do no

I’m consistently amazed by the positive customer service at this location. I realize it’s not easy to service hungry mall customers all day, but this location does so with price, friendliness, and efficiency. Kudos to them. The young man, whose name escapes me, even struck up a conversation with me while serving his line. This location does a great job!

Jacob was awesome! Super friendly and fast despite them being understaffed.

I did a weekend to myself and left a gift basket for my husband and daughter with popcorn and candy and some gift cards. I figured because they were visa gift cards they’d be ok anywhere. The person that helped my husband and daughter comped their meals. And honestly that was so sweet of them! Not many places and people do that stuff anymore, so thank you to that staff member. As for food i can’t tell you how it was but customer service was excellent.
